I like the unit. For me it looks great. A lot actually, except the washroom design.
Why I don't like are multiple.
1. When I opened the dresser there are garbage in it. Not a usual garbage to be left in a dresser. I found there opened meat in a can, I found sterilized milk which are open, 2 of it actually, open bag of chips and other more. And the dresser stinks.
2. My wife suddenly felt that the bed is wet. I actually almost had a fight with her, cause I said she caused it. But when I tried to feel under the bed, it is actually wet. She just cover the other blanket so she won't feel it.
3. The pillows stinks, we use the towels to cover it.
4. The shower it over the lavatory beside the mirror, and a power source is actually over the lavatory below the mirror. I just has a cover, but I doesn' make me feel safe to take a bath in there. I feel like I will be electrocuted.
The location. The room is decent for the price. The included equipment in the room which able your family to cook. Also you can connect your Netflix account on the TV. And there is WiFi.
I think the cleanliness of the room. The floor and the center table were dusty when we got in. There are also molds in the shower rooms, and the lavatory is broken. There was a used towel inside the cabinet maybe from the previous occupants.
I think you could do better cleaning than this. We are still happy though with our stay! :) Thank you!
The location and the price are good.
The fridge has tiny cockroaches, and the kitchen area has a smell of cockroaches pee, or something. It has towels but no blanket.
The room smelled bad, and the linens and towels looked dirty! Good thing I brought extra!
The toilet is too small, and it is really hard to take a shower.
Very few parking coz they allotted for pay parking!
I didn't dare use their kitchen utensils.

The bath towels are NOT made of proper towels for drying. The materials are not cotton but microfiber which doesn’t dry.

No proper bathroom. Towels could hardly dry the skin. Cannot close toilet door.

I did not like the property, very poorly maintained
Beddings too old, cant hardly sleep on the bed, have always booking .com, worst place i ha ve ever stay, i will not recommend to anyone. Washrooms are so filthy. Wet , change the utensils in the kitchen

Affordability, it's the most cheapest one out there. Nothing can beat it when it comes to price. Also the location, it's near burnham park, it's in the heart of everything in baguio.
If you're a picky traveler, then this one isn't for you. It's ridden with cockroaches, big and small. Our room door lock was broken also, so you need someone from outside to open it up for you. Bedsheets and pillows have a funny smell in them. Parking is a horror, especially if you're bringing big cars. Avoid if you have a budget. Pick when you only want a place to sleep, but sleep with cockroaches.
