Very late information and still my money was not reimburse
It was good a stay and very comfortable,convenient and affordable. The location is very accessible in jeepney terminal, mini groceries, pasalubong center, tourist attraction are so near in the area. It was about 15mins away from the town proper.
The room is not that so clean there's so many trash inside the cabinet and lack of kitchen utensils specially their electric stove not functional well but in all it was good.
a good place to stay. a bit far from the town proper but the property owner is very accommodating, even let us extend for an hour :) since our departure time in baguio is at 330pm check out time is 11am
its not really a dislike but a recommendation to put a strong wifi connection :) im about to go back for a week and need to have an accommodation that has a strong internet connection

parking ramp was narrow
The westward view from the balcony of our studio apartment was incredible. Baguio sunsets are amazing.
We experienced a water seepage from the toilet which was accompanied by a sewage odor during the first day of our four-day stay. We reported it to the unit manager and the situation was satisfactorily addressed.
Didn’t stay tbh coz there was conflict with the booking. good thing, staffs were respectful and nice to negotiate with. I hope such double booking will not happen again especially if the guests who will be there have paid in advanced. we were refunded so we were able to book another place.
staff or owner should be organized when it comes to booking. an 11am check out and 3pm check in are already enough to have the guests checked out and the have the upcoming checked-in without hassle. they should be adamant about who have already booked and should stay in the unit.
complete kitchen wares and cleanliness
no front desk. I am about to leave but I don’t know where to return the key. Gueads do not want to take the key either.
