Inceedible location, great apartment, at convenient distance to Lake Como
Pros:

Everything: views amazing, good location close to Varena, Colico a gem small town, the pool is amazing for families w kids; spacious rooms, good beds;

Cons:

The Bathroom could use some updating …

Great for Families
Pros:

the apartment we hired Casa Del sole 2 was the best one. it has a large terrace which looks onto the pool and playground. it is also away from the parking area and looks out over fields so is the more private one. great for the small children. the pool is actually heated; solar heating on the roof so was very pleasant. there is also a wash room with drying racks and a washing machine. the playground equipment is all pretty good.

Cons:

the location is a little out of the way of the core tourist sites and the ferry takes some hours to reach some of the more notable locations. however there is a station with free parking during the week and the train is very fast. suggest visitors get a train further south then transfer to the river ferry or just drive to locations
