Pros:

Der Besitzer war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Je conseille cet établissement pour des vacances reposantes
Pros:

La résidence est chouette, la piscine juste devant, la petite terrasse, le petit endroit pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Tout cela était très agréable.
Lieu où l’on se sent en sécurité. Colico est un endroit très calme.

Cons:

Manque un micro-onde dans l’appart
Le lit n’est pas très confortable et le divan lit encore moins
Bien que le propriétaire soit très très gentil, pas d’accueil à l’arrivée ni en partant. La clé nous attendais sur la porte.

Lovely location, great stay.
Pros:

Very clean. Great view. Great pool.

Cons:

Lack of any kitchen items on arrival - frustrating to buy dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handwash etc. likewise for things like salt and pepper.

Great appartment, good location, enjoyed our holiday!
Pros:

The appartment meets all the expectations you get when viewing the photo's and while reading other positive reviews. The host is very kind, speaks fluent Italian and German.

We booked the 2 person appartment on the ground floor of the orange/pink house. It suits 4 persons if the sleeping couch is extracted. We did not use that. We traveled with our 6 months old, so the host equipped the appartment with a foldable babybed. Even the babybed was clean and good quality. The kitchen and all other belongings as well.

Cons:

There is absolutely no reason to complain about something, but mainly because of our 6 months old, the availability of a water cooker would have been welcome. However, a large shopping centre is nearby, so we bought a cheap one for €15,- to use during our stay.
