Apartment zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wir haben uns als Pärchen für 6 Nächte im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super (gute Pfannen, scharfe Messer, tolle Dusche, genügend Handtücher, Netflix), die Lage gut, um in Dervio alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Apartment war top sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt Schimmelspuren in der Wohnung, wobei diese behandelt ausgesehen haben. Es ist aufgrund der offenen Dusche nicht ganz einfach, die Luftfeuchtigkeit aus den Räumen zu bekommen, wenn man nicht aktiv mehrmals lüftet. Außerdem ist die Wohnung leider hellhörig.

Affordable, comfortable and well located
Pros:

Staff greeted us on arrival and showed us our room. They were easily contactable and very responsive.

Great location, easily accessible via train. There were a few stairs to carry our luggage up to the room.

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was a great size. Kitchen was well equipped. The view of the mountains from the room was stunning.

I would stay here again.

Stairs but this can’t be helped.

Lage ok. Küche neuwertig.

Cons:

Man sollte sich nicht von den Fotos blenden lassen. In unserem Apartment war lediglich die Küche modernisiert, der Rest des Apartments zeigte Teilweise erhebliche Abnutzungsspuren. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut, die Küche nur bedingt gut ausgestattet (nur ein Topf ohne passenden Deckel, rostige Küchenutensilien), Fenster ließen sich zum Teil nicht richtig schließen. Die allgemeine Ausstattung des Apartments ist nicht ausreichend.

Mancano cose semplici, ma utili.. qualche ciotola grande in cucina, un antiscivolo nella vasca del bagno o un separé per non fare fuori uscire l'acqua quando fai la doccia, parcheggio/ingresso poco segnalato,...
