Location- high risk when joining main road
No air conditioning and Durban is humid they provide fans
No remote control provided for the gate - have to wait for a Security personnel to open for you

Security and cleanness.

Cons:

1. Entrance is dangerously around a sharp corner of a busy traffic intersection.
2. The rooms are poorly ventilated, some without windows.
3. No air-conditioning. Fans are of very little help in the Durban summer heat.
4. There are no sign boards bearing the names of the place. Therefore, place not easy to find, more so as it is situated around a sharp curve.

I recommend people to visit that place cleaness is perfect and the rooms wow 👌 👏 perfect.

Staff and management was so friendly to us and we enjoyed our stay it was so good even our next visit we will prefer that place

good location, property is not in the best state and the residents are very loud...
Pros:

the location was convinient

Cons:

The residents were noisy and there were a lot of questionable people in the yard. We had kids so we just kept the doors locked.
