The staff made us to feel very welcome, lovely outdoor areas to hang out to watch the sunsets.

Esterno molto bello, servizi da migliorare

Il giardino è splendido, la vista dal balcone molto bella, l'alloggio era molto ampio, la colazione abbondante e varia. Una sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo, gustando un ottimo coniglio all'ischitana ed ascoltando musica dal vivo.

Cons:

Durante il nostro soggiorno di 2 notti non sono mai state fatte le pulizie nel nostro alloggio, né rifatti i letti o cambiati gli asciugamani. C'era un bollitore con alcune bustine di the e caffè solubile, ma mancavano tazze e cucchiaini. Le porte della doccia non chiudevano completamente il vano e quindi il pavimento del bagno si riempiva d'acqua. Non sono stati forniti né ciabattine per la camera né teli per la piscina; la fornitura di prodotti per il bagno era veramente minima. Quando si accendeva la luce nel bagno cieco, entrava in funzione un aspiratore piuttosto rumoroso, che però non si disattivava spegnendo la luce e questo ha causato un notevole disagio la prima notte. La struttura si trova in alto rispetto al mare e per raggiungere la spiaggia di Citara e le terme abbiamo dovuto camminare per circa 20 minuti, percorrendo una strada trafficata e con marciapiedi a tratti inesistenti; al ritorno, dato che la strada era in salita, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un autobus, piuttosto affollato; invece abbiamo visto che altri alberghi venivano a prendere i loro clienti con una navetta.
In conclusione: la struttura è molto bella, ma essendo classificata 5 stelle e visto il costo del soggiorno, ci saremmo aspettati una migliore qualità dei servizi offerti.

Our stay was unforgettable and we will tell everyone about this hidden gem!
Pros:

This property was breathtaking. I wish we would have had more time in Ischia just so we could spend time at our Villa. The botanical gardens were amazing, the staff was kind and helpful, helping us find a rental car and an amazing boat tour around the whole island of Ischia. They also scheduled us a taxi to and from the port of Forio. I would love to go back and just stay and relax at Villa Ravino Secret Retreat.

Séjour exceptionnel, reposant et intimiste.
Pros:

Sincèrement l’hôtel était encore mieux que mes attentes, le cadre est juste exceptionnel avec un couché de soleil merveilleux. Le personnel a été impeccable avec nous. Ils sont tous à l’écoute et chaleureux. Par ailleurs, c’est la première fois que j’apprécie autant un petit déjeuner! Super intimiste, copieux et avec un cadre incroyable. Le jardin était aussi très impressionnant et chargé d’histoire ✨ Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et nous reviendrons c’est sur ! :)

Cons:

Chambre qui mériterait une rénovation. Salle de bain très vieille.

Pros:

Het personeel van de accommodatie is echt SUPER VRIENDELIJK en BEHULPZAAM. Zij kunnen alles voor je regelen, om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Boottochtje om het eiland is ook echt aan te raden. Deze kun je bij de receptie boeken. Het hotel kan ook de transfer vanaf het vliegveld regelen, taxi, Ferry, en weer taxi. Uitgebreid ontbijten doe je in het restaurant in de botanische tuin.

A perfect paradise - an oasis of calm and comfort

Where do I start !! Without exception, our whole experience at this hotel was wonderful. The staff were amazing, friendly, informative and kind and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I would particuarly mention Jasmin who was so sweet, kind and funny. We made a very last minute booking for 2 nights due to another hotel not coming up to standard and they were so accommodating. We had 2 amazing rooms which were spotless and very comfortable as was the entire resort. The cactus gardens were jaw dropping - we have never seen anything like it . All the general areas were beautifully kept with amazing views across the ocean and the sunsets were spectacular. You could tell the family who own it have poured their hearts and souls into the place as it feels so homely and welcoming but also spacious and completely uncrowded. The food was also amazing and the chef even came to check that we were happy . I would whole heartedly recommend Villa Ravino if you want a quiet, relaxing break which will leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.
