Pros:

The most picturesque location. Great staff and the best breakfast we had in our three week holiday. Our room appeared newly renovated and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected but we were not in the room very often because of the verandah and facilities.
The property was not nearby to many restaurants and those that were open did so around 7pm- a bit on the later side with young children. Would recommend buying supplies and cooking on site

Un très beau lieu pour visiter le Gargano
Pros:

Le lieu agrippé à la colline avec vue sur les oliviers et la mer au loin.
Le très beau jardin très bien entretenu
Le logement grand et hyper propre
Les petits présents en cadeau de bienvenue : une petite bouteille d'huile d'olive de leurs oliviers et un sachet de petits gâteaux locaux aux amandes
L'accueil de Michele, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

A savoir, les draps et le linge de toilette sont en supplément ce qui ne m'a pas sauté aux yeux lors de ma réservation

Superbe vue sur la mer.
Pros:

Superbe emplacement avec vue sur la mer. Accueil chaleureux, très bons conseils pour les visites.Chambre très confortable, très bien équipée. Excellent petit déjeuner, surtout les croissants !

Piękny ogród z basenem i widokiem na Zatokę. Warto pozostać tutaj na dłużej.
Pros:

Studio było wygodne z bezpłatnym parkingiem. Dobrze wyposażone w niezbędne przedmioty, z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem. Piękny, zadbany ogród. Personel uśmiechnięty, miły, przyjazny ludziom i zwierzętom. Śniadania typu włoskiego (za dodatkową opłatą) podawane na tarasie z pięknym widokiem na Zatokę lub widokiem na basen. Doskonała lokalizacja, lecz samochód jest niezbędny. Chętnie tu wrócimy.

Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere
Pros:

Ottima la posizione con un bellissimo affaccio sul verde e sul mare, un'oasi di pace . Gli spazi comuni pulitissimi , i proprietari stragentili e simpatici ( Michele davvero una macchietta) .

Es war so schön, wie wir es uns erwartet haben nach den gelesenen Rezensionen der andern.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für einen Aufenthalt in der Gegend mehr als perfekt. Mitten in den Hügeln über dem Meer, ein tolle Ausblick aufs Meer und ein großer, sauberer Pool für angenehme Stunden in der Sonne- mitten in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage von ca 10 unterschiedlich großen Appartements.
Unser Apartement mit 3 Schlafzimmern war für 5 Personen auch perfekt. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockengestell für die Wäsche / Badetücher, Wäscheklammern, schöne große Terasse mit einem großen Tisch und genügen Sessel für gemeinsames Essen oder einen Spieleabend.
Es gab einen Toaster, ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett, ein bisschen Spülmittel und Waschmittel, eine elektrische Zitronenpresse, 2 Geschirrtücher, je 3 verschieden große Handtücher pro Person (sind aber zu bezahlen - wie in der Beschreibung der Anlage erwähnt) und saubere Bettwäsche (ebenfalls zu bezahlen)
Der Besitzer Michele ist wie in vielen Rezensionen erwähnt, sehr bemüht um seine Gäste.
Auch wir haben eine Bootstour mit ihm gemacht und haben es großartig gefunden - auch den Tipp, diese sehr früh zu starten, damit man vor allen andern Booten die Küste und die vielen Höhlen quasi alleine hat - Baden am Vogelstrand inklusive, wie auch ein tolles apulisches Essen - Panne et Pomodori - und Prosecco für die Erwachsenen und kühle Getränke für die Kinder.
Das gut bewertete Frühstück haben wir nur einmal genossen- wirklich herrlich! Aber unsere Teenager wollten lieber länger schlafen und daher haben wir in den Mini-Supermärkten von Mattinata und den Obstläden eingekauft und selbst Frühstück gemacht.
In Mattinata und Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, ob am Strand oder in der Stadt ist egal, es schmeckt köstlich - ab 20 uhr ist es wichtig zu reservieren, nicht immer bekommt man für 5 einen Platz im Wunschlokal
Ein Ausflug nach Vieste ist quasi ein Muss - so schön, aber wirklich viele Leute. Am Weg dorthin sind zahlreiche schöne Strände und viele schöne Ausblicke aufs Meer. Sehr kurvig!!!!!

Cons:

Gerne hätten wir in der Früh auch die große Fensterfront und das kleine Fenster der Eingangstüre in der Küche per Vorhang abgedunkelt.
