Klimatyczne, historyczno-rozrywkowe miejsce.
Pros:

Świetna miejscówka. Zostawiliśmy samochód w obiekcie i zwiedzaliśmy Lublin pieszo. Ciekawe miejsce z historią (bezpłatnie zwiedziliśmy podziemia browaru), świetnym barem i restauracją, obok kino na leżakach. Wieczorem trochę było głośno z powodu ogródka przy restauracji działającego do późnego wieczora, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. W końcu to centrum miasta. Udany wyjazd :)

lokalizacja plus i jednocześnie minus. Ze względu na odgłosy z ulicy raczej dla imprezowiczów niż tych co regenerują się przed pracą. okna powinny być III szybowe. Brak windy, wąskie schody. Plus za bliskość do centrum

Lokalizacja w centrum, wszędzie blisko. W pakiecie wycieczka po starym browarze - warto. Gdyby nie apartament pewnie byśmy nawet o tym nie pomyśleli.
Nowe wyposażenie, typu nieporysowana patelnia, porządne sztucce.
Strzeżone, zamykane, miejsce parkingowe.
Dwie sypialnie robią robotę.
Generalnie polecam. Byłem z rodziną i nie było źle.
Jak bym pojechał z kumplami na piwny weekend byłbym zachwycony.

Cons:

Apartament na parterze oferuje widok na zacieniony ogródek piwny czynny do 23.00, oraz na śmietnik, co powoduje, że w środku jest dosyć mroczno a oświetlenie też słabe.
Mimo tego ogródka, w środku jest dosyć cicho, dochodzi tylko przytłumiony gwar, który specjalnie nie przeszkadza.

Apartament z dwoma sypialniami i bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami jest idealny dla pary. Mieszkanie lśni czystością, jest świetnie wyposażone, a z balkonu roztacza się piękny widok na Studnię. Sama kamienica ma ciekawą historię i wyjątkowy klimat. Lokalizacja jest genialna – wszędzie jest blisko, a dookoła znajduje się mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów, w tym dobrze zaopatrzona Żabka na dole budynku. Szczególnie polecamy zlokalizowaną tuż obok ukraińską restaurację UE Dumka, w której jedliśmy przepyszne tradycyjne pielmieni! Na dole kamienicy działa też super restauracja Gęsie Sprawki, w której można wygodnie zamówić doskonałe śniadanie, obiad i kolację – bardzo polecamy! Wielki plus dla właściciela za pomoc z zaparkowaniem auta bezpośrednio pod budynkiem. Gorąco polecamy!
