Pros:

El alojamiento limpio y bien ubicado. Hay buena comunicación con el personal que atiende al cliente. Sin embargo me tocó un apartamento con un claro problema en la cerradura de la puerta q fue a peor y el último día casi me deja en la calle. La chica fue muy antenta y se personó enseguida a ver q nos sucedía. No obstante creo q necesitan mejor mantenimiento algunos detalles de los pisos como este q menciono.

Sustracción de pertenencias y falta de seguridad

Pésima experiencia

Cons:

Pésima experiencia. En mi estancia de abril, sufrí la sustracción de pertenencias de valor del interior del apartamento. El alojamiento no dispone de caja fuerte en la habitación, dejando al huésped totalmente desprotegido.

Pese a presentar la denuncia ante la policía y la reclamación oficial en Consumo, el hotel elude su responsabilidad legal. Se limitan a indicar que su seguro no indemniza porque no declaré los objetos al llegar, ignorando que es su deber velar por la seguridad en sus instalaciones.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Madrid en toute autonomie.
Pros:

La disponibilité d'un appartement salon, chambre, cuisine. Le calme de l'environnement. Le parking. La proximité à quelques minutes des transports en commun, métro et train cercanias.
Supermarché à 2 pas.

Cons:

Juste un petit bémol pour la cuisine où il manque vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, couverts peu nombreux.

Pros:

Prostorné, pohodlné, čisté ubytování. Denní úklid pokoje. Lokalita sice daleko od centra, blízko k letišti,ale dobrá dostupnost do metra (8 min pěšky). Naproti hotelu hned dva supermarkety a Burger king.
V kuchyni pračka, velká lednice, trouba.
Možnost osobního praní v pračce v pokoji a sušák na pokoj.

Cons:

Měli jsme pronajatý apartmán s kuchyní,která ale nebyla dostatečně vybavena (jeden hrnec a jedna pánev na vaření) a k dispozici žádný ostrý nůž na krájení, kdy tedy po zeptání jsme dostali alespoň vroubkatý. Též chyběla varná konvice
