Be prepared, they can cancel you last minute
Cons:

Their administration is not always accurate. I got canceIed the day of my check in! I booked this accomodation, and the day I was supposed to check in I got a message saying ‘please cancel your booking, we have other guests for the accomodation.’


I told them I had no where to go and already was on the airport but they didn’t care. When I asked about when the money would be transfered back I got no response that day, I needed to contact booking.com to give me the money back.

Всё прошло отлично. С заселение всё прошло быстро. Хозяин за несколько часов написал в приложении Booking.com подробную инструкцию по заселению. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фото. Чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для повседневного быта. Интернет быстрый. Есть фитнес центр и площадка для бега над ним. Бассей большой, каждый день чистится. Рядом находится торговый центр.

Pros:

Great host! Very friendly and helpful. Brought me back to the airport for a very fair price.

Cons:

Hard to find as it's not a real hotel. Had a misunderstanding (he wrote me a message which I didn't see) which led to me having trouble finding him and getting in the room. Very loud ac.
