Gute Apartementwohnungen in guter Lage, stattlicher Preis, Sauberkeit noch verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe ein Edeka, Rewe und zwei Bäcker. Es ist sehr ruhig im Viertel und es fühlt sich sehr sicher an, auch Abends. Für Hunde ist ein großer Park in der nähe, sowie der Olympiapark 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung, kontaktlose Übergabe, ruhig und mit wenig Appartementnachbarn. Das Appartement hatte ein geräumiges, sauberes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, das Bett war in Ordnung, eine Küche mit den wichtigsten Utensilien war vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist teuer, 11 € pro Tag. Den Mikrowellenherd konnten wir (Herdfunktion) nicht benutzen, wegen sehr starker Rauchentwicklung. Muss mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Teller im Schrank waren teilweise nicht aufgewaschen. Es hatte Silberfischchen, die sich des Nachts rausgewagt haben. An sich sind die kein Problem (ungefährlich), weisen aber auf Feuchtigkeit, Schimmel oder fehlende Sauberkeit hin. Wir haben einige echt große (2cm) Exemplare gesehen.

Pros:

Super Lage - großzügige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Bad - besonders im Bereich um die Toilette ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Die Vorhänge sind zu knapp geschnitten. Die Fenster lassen sich daher nicht voll verdecken - Verdunklung nicht möglich.

Einfache aber günstige Wohnung
Pros:

- Viel Platz
- Ruhige Lage
- Supermarkt in der Nähe

Cons:

- Ungründlich gereinigt (Nachtkästchen war z.B. voller Staub und Haare)
- Decke im Schlafzimmer vieeeel zu heiß, Wohnung aber generell zu kalt
- Keine Garderobe (keine Hängemöglichkeit)
- Batterien TV Fernbedienung leer
- Sehr einfache, eher lieblose Ausstattung (Eine gemütliche Stehlampe würde zB. Wunder wirken)

Pros:

Sehr große Wohnung und für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Bäckerei direkt gegenüber 3 Minuten Fußweg. Gleiches gilt für Bushaltestelle Linie 59 in Richtung Stadtmitte - Münchner Freiheit (15 min). Olympiapark fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. .

Me sentí como en casa 😊
Pros:

Una zona tranquila, con supermercados a dos pasos, el autobús cerca y estación de metro a 15 minutos, aunque si no queréis andar, el mismo bus os deja en la puerta del metro. Desde el centro está a unos 45 minutos andando y no hay nada interesante en ese trayecto, por lo que recomiendo ir en metro y os ahorráis la caminata.

A 10 minutos hay un McDonald y un kebab, aunque con la cocina tan magnifica que tiene y teniendo dos supermercados al lado, podéis preparado de todo.

Cons:

Todo fue genial, no puedo quejarme de nada.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Schöne grosse, hohe und helle Räume (Erdgeschoss), grosszügiges Badezimmer. Gut gelegen, Parkplätze vor dem Haus gut verfügbar, gutes PreisLeistungsVerhältnis.

Cons:

low level: der Boden war nicht ganz sauber, im Badezimmer fehlen ausreichende Handtuchhalter/-Hacken

Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr grosses Apartment

Cons:

Erdgeschoss, etwas kalt da viele Fenster, Fenster dichten gar nicht, dadurch hört man alles von draussen, Eintrittssystem nicht optimal mit Fernbedienung, Verdunkelung verdunkelt fast nichts, somit zu hell
