Pros:

The Business Suites is best located in Schwabing West area, very close to bus, tram. Close access to Supermarkts like Edeka, Rewe, Fuel Station for Car owners. Easy Checkin process. Service Apartment was clean , fully equipped. I had wonderful stay. Definitely recommended.

Tolle, ruhige Appartments
Pros:

Tolle kleine Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, ruhig, sehr nette Vermieter

Cons:

Einzig einen großen Wand-/Schrank-Spiegel habe ich vermisst, oder einen Schminkspiegel

Отличные апартаменты
Pros:

Просторные апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом и со всем необходимым. Отличный паркинг. Большой магазин EDEKA рядом с домом. Там же остановка автобуса, на котором можно доехать прямо к линии метро и очень быстро и удобно добраться в центр. Также очень близко Олимпийский парк. Мы остались очень довольны. Рекомендуем)

Muy lindo y cómodo departamento. Anfitrión muy amable y eficiente. Muy buena relación calidad/precio

Cons:

La llave electrónica, me costó operarla ( aparentemente solo me pasa a mí) . No tiene aire acondicionado instalado pero se puede solicitar uno móvil.

Völlig ok für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte in München.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Appartement mit geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Öffentlicher Verkehr sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Check-in über Türcode und Schlüsselsafe einfach möglich.

Cons:

Da das Appartement über keine Klimaanlage verfügt, wäre ein Ventilator von Nutzen

Clean and spacious
Pros:

Clean and spacious for a single bedroom apartment with a good outlook and close to the Olympic park and supermarkets.

Cons:

Getting into the apartment involves several combination locks and a transponder key (which costs lots of euros if you lose it or get locked out) - this process could be made much easier (as per other places). No oven.

Good for short stay with minimum time spent in the room
Pros:

Easy access to public transport, within minutes of walking without the need to struggle with slow traffic and high parking fees in downtown. Hosts are friendly and supportive

Cons:

Housekeeping can definitely be better as I find balls of dust/dirt beside the side table as well as stained bedsheets. The sofa is a turn off with skin shredding literally off the entire sofa ( please replace it or put a set of cover on it). we didn't even want to sit on it as it will stick on our pants.

For a visiting American, the communication was the best of all accommodations in Bavaria.
Pros:

The location was both a plus and a minus, but I knew that, and I got what I wanted. Our purpose was to tour the old town, so we were an hour's walk away, but we were also on the bus/tram line that put us 20 min away. Safety and quietness were more important than convenience. The apartment space was a luxury. We didn't fully take advantage of the accommodations, but they were there. Before travelling, the staff here was the best at communicating over my other 11 stays.

Cons:

Directions from the room to the parking garage. There was a maze of doors and hallways.
