Wonderful!
Pros:

Spacious, clean and professional . Highly suggest for booking. We were able to leave our baggage after checking out for few hours. I wish we had more days to stay. If you are on the fence of choosing this place, don’t hesitate.

Absolutely amazing place to stay
Pros:

Everything, was a beautiful quiet hotel located in a great location. Staff were amazing and it was just a lovely vibe being there

Cons:

Nothing really - one only thing is I couldn’t work out the washing machine with no English instructions but I’m sure they would have helped me if I’d have asked.

飯店鬧中取靜、服務人員親切專業、英文溝通沒有問題。備品充足、還有茶跟咖啡膠囊可以隨意取用。另外還有岩盤浴跟桑拿可以預約使用、非常特別。只是房間的沙發配置比較擁擠。我們很喜歡、下次來名古屋還是會選擇這裡

Perfect for family with kids
Pros:

The hotel had a great atmosphere. The kids loved the theme decoration. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very functional for a family of 4 and it was in great condition.

Good price and amenities when traveling with a big family.
Pros:

It was very easy and provided everything our small family needed on our visit to Nagoya. It was close to the shopping district. For a family of five it worked perfectly. We liked having the wash machine in the room.

Cons:

Nothing really it was reasonable priced and fit all our needs at that time.

Beautiful room, great location near Osu Kannon Temple and the train station. Well worth it!
Pros:

It was beautifully kept with exceptional amenities. It was in pristine condition, and we booked the safari room so it was fun!
