Struttura dalle grandi potenzialità...
Pros:

Mi sono piaciuti: la posizione vicino al mare, la gentilezza di Antonella, la lavatrice, il parcheggio interno, il silenzio, la piscina.
Siamo stati fortunati perché avevamo un appartamento al piano terra che era all'ombra tutto il giorno. Altri appartamenti avevano un'esposizione tutta al sole.

Cons:

La pulizia andrebbe migliorata. Nella camera non c'era neanche un armadio per appoggiare i vestiti, che eri costretto a lasciare nelle valigie a terra. Il climatizzatore nella camera da letto è ad altezza schiena e non è facile trovare il giusto compromesso tra avere fresco e non rimanere inchiodati con la schiena. Per fortuna c'era un bel venticello alla sera, quindi non abbiamo dovuto accenderlo spesso.
È una struttura dalle grandi potenzialità, ma è un po' trascurata nei dettagli, peccato.

Andrebbe curato il giardino, le foglie andrebbero raccolte tutti i giorni.

La struttura avrebbe buone potenzialità, ma non è curata.

Cons:

Pulizia dell'appartamento approssimativa. Mancanza di attenzione nei dettagli. La WiFi scarsa nell'appartamento, si riceve pochissimo.

La posizione dal mare, top.

Cons:

Struttura che sembra lasciata andare, alcune zone sporche, piscina non pulita e pezzi staccionata rotti. Nessun gioco per i bambini, strano visto che c'erano solo famiglie con figli.

Pros:

La posizione davvero comoda, il mare si raggiunge attraversando la strada, pochi minuti di auto per raggiungere il centro di Marcelli e a 10 min. Circa da Numana, materassi comodi anche quelli del divano letto.

Cons:

Ha un bel potenziale, potrebbe essere più curato nei dettagli, l'arredamento non è recente e non ben attrezzato da utensili da cucina, il giardino potrebbe essere delimitato da una recinzione per poter tenere i cani liberi, la copertura wi-fi non è presente negli appartamenti e non funziona bene nemmeno la propria rete quindi è necessario spostarsi al di fuori, per i servizi bisogna per forza prendere l'auto ma si può raggiungere tutto a pochi minuti di auto.
