Exceptional Stay

The place is clean and cozy, the owner is very helpful and was giving a lot of details worth of a personal tourist guide !

L accueil, l emplacement avec la proximité des lieux de visites et du centre

Cons:

Le lit d appoint, qui etait plutôt un lit de camp, dans l appartement du 1er étage n etait pas du tout approprié pour un adulte donc pas du tout confortable avec le sommier en fil métallique et le matelas tellement fin qu on sentait le sommier dans le dos. Le frigo de l appartement du bas etait en mauvais état. Il n y avait que 4 chaises alors que nous avions loué pour 6 personnes

A gem of a residence
Pros:

To start with, the host Salvatore, he is an amazing person to deal with. The penthouse is located at the edge of the upper Ragusa Ibla. The view from the terrace was superb both in the morning and at night, the terrace overlooks the old part of Ragusa Ibla, which is an easy walking distance down the hill, with public transport available to climb up the hill. To note that whilst pet dogs are accepted in most restaurants including this residence, pets are not allowed on public transport unless they are kept in a cage, which meant we had to walk back up hill to return to the penthouse.
The inclusive breakfast delivered to the penthouse consisted of fresh pastries and local fruit which was amazing and delivered at the agreed time along with good ground coffee.

Cons:

To note that there are 4 flights of stairs and there is no lift. Street parking in the narrow road is not always available, however some 300 meters up the road there is underground private parking that is available and costs €15 daily. This said I will definitely consider going back and stay at the place

Appartamento ben ammobiliato e dotato di tutti i confort. Menzione speciale per la vista della cattedrale e di Ibla dalla terrazza veramente da incanto. Staff cortese, disponibile e attento per ogni necessità. Altra menzione per la prima colazione consegnataci in Appartamento al mattino ricca e gustosa che ci ha addolcito ad ogni risveglio. Grazie è poco...continuate a coccolare i clienti in questo modo. Siamo stati veramente contenti.

El apartamento amplio, limpio, con una terraza con vistas a la ciudad antigua. Salvatore un amor, nos ayudó a aparcar el coche.

Raguza pendant les fêtes du St local, très joyeux et sympathique

La chambre est grande et haute de plafond avec un petit balcon donnant sur une petite rue typique

Cons:

L’endroit est un peu difficile d’accès en voiture mais on trouve à se garer facilement … quand on a compris l’environnement!

에어컨, 냉장고, 드라이기 있구요
바로 근처가 뷰 포인트라 야경 보기도 좋았습니다

Cons:

엘리베이터 없고 계단은 좁고 가파릅니다
저는 큰 짐은 카타니아에 놓고 배낭 하나 매고 와서 괜찮았지만 캐리어 있었으면 너무너무 힘들었을 것 같아요
더블룸은 뷰 크게 기대하지 마세요 테라스가 너무 좁아요
