Pros:

The room was nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was good. We were close to town. The cappuccino and cornetto's were delicious.

The location is good. The building is clean and pretty. For my apartment there was a private place to park. The people were friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. And as a plus, in the back downstairs there were chickens. 😊

Remember that with an apartment where the hostess does not reside and there is not a full time manager, you need to be accurate about what time you will be there, because someone is going to come there and wait there to greet you.

Cons:

I do not know how to use a magnetic induction stove top, but that's on me. Not their fault. What I wish they would do is offer Nescafe or some kind of instant coffee or espresso so that you can just pour hot water from the electric kettle to make the first morning coffee.

L emplacement. Tout était neuf.

Cons:

Problème de climatisation. Il y avait de temps en temps un bruit de quelques secondes même quand la climatisation était éteinte.

One of the most pleasant surprises on our whole trip to Italy!
Pros:

We stayed in unit 5 and it was a really lovely space - great natural light, beautiful views over the valley, functional/spacious layout and modern/updated. During our 3 week trip to Italy staying at various apartments, this one was our favorite. We highly recommend!
