Pros:

No incluía desayuno. Había cafetera con 2capsulas de bienvenida al igual que saquitos de te y azúcar. Pava eléctrica y una moka.
En el hall de entrada hay una maquina expendedora de bebidas, algunos snacks y maquina de café.
Está muy bien ubicado desde la estación del tren y hacia el centro histórico.
Hay varios restaurantes en los alrededores.
Muy próximo se encuentra la administración, con personal gran parte del día.
Cuenta con un deposito para dejar valijas, bicis etc.
Es muy silencioso. Mucha claridad en los ambientes. Inclusive de noche, no hay oscuridad total en la habitación.

Cons:

No podíamos regular el frío del ambiente. Viene por radiación en el piso.
Las perchas están muy altas... no todos pueden llegar a ellas.
Si bien me dijeron que habían enviado WhatsApp con instrucciones , nunca lo recibí. Al llegar tuve que llamar por teléfono y dirigirme a sus oficinas para obtener el código de entrada.

Vicinanza al centro e alla stazione.

Cons:

Condizionatore funzionava male, non si riusciva a regolarlo. Impianto di deumidificazione pure, emetteva aria molto fredda. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare più volte il personale. Poi hanno risolto, ma abbiamo dormito la prima notte con un piumone.

Highly recommended for any traveller (esp for business)
Pros:

It was possible to check in late at night (automatically), and leave the luggage after checkout. Everything was well thought out for the guest, location is perfect

Pros:

Es un magnífico apartamento, muy espacioso y en un edificio moderno. Tiene un amplio salón con cocina , un dormitorio grande y un cuarto de baño con una magnífica ducha.
La cocina está muy bien equipada y cuenta con lavadora y lavavajillas.
La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de la estación de tren, a 10 o 12 de la plaza de la catedral y cuenta con cafeterías y supermercados en las inmediaciones.
Un gran sitio sin duda

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L'alloggio era pulito, spazioso e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di regolare la temperatura secondo le nostre esigenze, un dettaglio che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Sono stati molto graditi anche i piccoli accorgimenti messi a disposizione degli ospiti: bustine di tè e zucchero, pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, sapone per i piatti e sapone in bagno. Sono attenzioni che fanno la differenza e dimostrano cura verso chi soggiorna.
Le serrande elettriche, azionabili con un semplice pulsante, erano pratiche e sorprendentemente silenziose. Anche l'ambiente circostante era molto tranquillo, ideale per riposare e rilassarsi.
L'unico piccolo suggerimento riguarda la gestione del bucato: era presente la lavatrice, ma non abbiamo trovato indicazioni o uno spazio dedicato per stendere i panni.
Nel complesso, un'esperienza estremamente positiva. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un appartamento comodo, ben attrezzato e accogliente a Trento.
