Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Strand ist perfekt, 10 Minuten zur Stadt, 5 Minuten zum Strand.

Cons:

-Es fehlt Grundausstattung wie Spülmittel für Geschirr, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Klopapier oder Müllbeutel
-Das Geschirr wurde vorher nicht gereinigt, da waren noch die Essensreste vom Vormieter dran, ein absolutes Unding.
-Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken.
In der Dusche gab es Schimmel und Haare vom Vorbesitzer.
-Wasserhahn absolut verkalkt und voll mit den Hautresten des Vormieters.
-Die zur Verfügung gestellten Pfannen waren alles beschichtete Pfannen, und sie waren alle zerkratzt.

Accueil chaleureux, avec explications et recommendations de restaurants,
Contact réactif et sympathique par messages ensuite,
Grand espace avec beaucoup de rangements et très fonctionnel
Le petit balcon, bien qu'au rez de chaussée, est souvent au soleil et confortable pour y manger a deux

Il manquerait un éponge et un peu de savon pour faire la vaiselle

Tolle Lage alles gut erreichbar. Wohnung war ansprechend und sauber der Gastgeber war freundlich. Schöner Balkon. Die Altstadt sehr schön.

Pros:

Monolocale spazioso e in ottima posizione, vicino a spiaggia, supermercato e negozi, a poca distanza dal centro. Sistemazione silenziosa e perfetta per quello che cercavamo: una fuga da casa nella quiete di un posto di mare fuori stagione. Siamo stati davvero bene!

Il parcheggio privato, l'ascensore, lavatrice

Cons:

Appena arrivati era freddissimo, il piumino del letto era autunnale e nell'armadio c'era un piumino singolo invernale e una coperta che aveva un odore terribile ed io l'ho richiusa immediatamente, i cuscini erano di legno, l'appendino degli asciugamani era rotto e non sapevo dove appoggiarli, ho acceso la lavatrice e il phon ed è scattata la corrente, l'aria calda del climatizzatore non arrivava al bagno quindi per lavarti faceva molto freddo

Cons:

Se si affitta una struttura in inverno bisogna accendere il riscaldamento/deumidificazione e chiudere le finestre con un congruo anticipo rispetto all'arrivo dei clienti. Palesi infiltrazioni dal terrazzo che contribuiscono alla umidità in appartamento.

La posizione vicina al mare per la comodità del parcheggio

Cons:

Non era troppo pulito e tanti dettagli fuori posto. Non c’era nemmeno una piccola bottiglia di acqua, hanno lasciato lo scopino nel water, la casa era fredda! Hanno acceso il clima ma era ad una temperatura bassa ed era l’unica fonte di riscaldamento. Inoltre hanno lasciato un trapuntino estivo sul letto, ho avuto freddo tutta la notte

Nice apartment.
Pros:

Apartment is not so big but clean and comfortable nevertheless. Easy parking right by the building. Host was very responsive to all my questions about places to visit in Vieste and the bad weather advisory.

Cons:

You're asked to pay 3 euros per person for towels and pillowcases and sheets, and you have to make the bed yourself.
