Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr schöne Poolanlage. Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Wir bekamen sogar ein Willkommensgetränk und einen Kaffee beim Auschecken.

Der Pool hat alles wettgemacht... gerne wieder
Pros:

Der Pool für die Kinder, die Aussicht, die direkte Strandnähe, die günstigen Getränke an der Poolbar. Aperol für 5€, die Klimaanlage, die Terrasse in der Ferienwohnung, Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, das sehr freundliche Personal, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gegen Gebühr gestellt

Cons:

Kein W-Lan in der Ferienwohnung, nur an der Poolbar, die Küchenausstattung war sehr sporadisch, wir hatten nur eine Suppenkelle zum Kochen, keine Untersetzer für die Töpfe, man muss wirklich alles selbst mitbringen, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Schwämme, Geschirrhandtücher, sehr hellhörige Häuser

Il FALCO…una perla tra le tante meraviglie del Gargano!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità del posto, la estrema cordialità dello staff, con aperitivo di benvenuto e disponibilità a fornirci informazioni sui luoghi limitrofi o sulle attività da fare fuori la struttura.
Un ringraziamento extra va ad Egidio, che è un vero Cicerone ed una persona gentile ed appassionata del suo lavoro e a Giampiero, autista della navetta gratuita per le spiagge convenzionate della zona (compresa nel costo del soggiorno), che si è mostrato disponibilissimo a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza (anche estemporanea 🤩). La struttura comune è molto ben tenuta e le piscine (quella grande, profonda -da un lato- oltre tre metri e quella ‘piccola’ per bambini e genitori, sono la punta di diamante di un posto eccezionale, gestito con cura e con passione.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare. Forse la dotazione degli alloggi andrebbe leggermente migliorata, così come la manutenzione. Entrambi i fattori però non influiscono sul giudizio eccellente dato alla struttura, che merita di essere visitata

Personale molto accogliente ma non tornerei
Pros:

Il personale è accogliente, disponibile, gentile e generoso: abbiamo ricevuto un drink di benvenuto al nostro arrivo e la colazione del giorno del check-out ci è stata offerta.
La piscina è grande e ben tenuta.
Una navetta gratuita porta alle due spiagge più vicine.
Possibilità di prenotare diverse escursioni al desk.

Cons:

Le condizioni dell'appartamento sono molto spartane.
La zanzariera di una delle camere da letto era completamente fuori uso e abbiamo dovuto chiedere un intervento perchè la sera la camera si riempiva di zanzare. Il manutentore l'ha "aggiustata" con dello scotch.
I letti ma soprattutto i cuscini non erano comodi, e i copriletto erano macchiati.
Le stoviglie erano unte e abbiamo dovuto rilavarle prima di poterle usare.
Il bagno ha uno scaldabagno da 25litri (in un appartamento che ospita 4 persone) e non permetteva di utilizzare l'acqua calda per più di qualche minuto consecutivo.
Nella descrizione l'appartamento risulta condizionato, ma in realtà c'è un solo split in tutto l'alloggio, in sala da pranzo, che riesce a rinfrescare la camera matrimoniale ma non arriva assolutamente a quella con i due singoli, che si trova a lato.
La struttura non è facile da trovare perchè non visibile dalla strada e poco segnalata, e per raggiungerla il percorso è a tratti non asfaltato e molto ripido.
Considerato quanto abbiamo pagato e quello che abbiamo ricevuto (lenzuola e asciugamani non sono inclusi nel prezzo), non tornerei in questo residence.
