Affordable, comfortable, well-located and clean as a whistle. Book it!
Pros:

Plenty of room in one of the bedrooms, the second bedroom was a little small, but we made it work. The living/dining area was great for and the the location was absolutely perfect. The desk staff was friendly and very helpful and the place was spotless. Our request for some small extra things for the kitchen was met with a smile and prompt response. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Alassio.

Cons:

2nd bedroom was a little cramped for two adults, but would be fine for kids. Closet space was limited, but we were only there for a few days. For a longer stay it might be an issue.

Sehr empfehlenswert, Top Lage, nahe am Strand und zu den Restaurant, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Gerne wieder!!!!

Great location to explore Alassio and the surrounding area.
Pros:

The property was in close proximity to the beach and main town. Alassio is a great place for a holiday in September and if you like golf Galrenda golf course is only 10 minutes drive away. It’s a very nice course in a fantastic setting.

Cons:

The property car parking was a 10 minute walk away mostly up hill. However, it does save you a lot of time trying to find a place to park nearby.

Near the beach, clean and new. Francesca very nice and helpful. Adjacent car park.

Large comfortable flats in a good location.
Pros:

Lots of space. Good location near beach, station, supermarket and restaurants but quiet inside.

Cons:

Make sure you contact hotel in advance to book space in their bagni (beach club). There is no public beach. It’s approx €60/day for a parasol and 2 loungers.

Would do it again ANYTIME!
Pros:

Great location, closer to seaside than imagined + we had priority in booking beach-chairs which was beyond what we were expecting. (Everything was fully booked during the high-season).

Cons:

We had a little de-sync with the cleaning in the middle of the week, as one of the kids fell sick and then we haven't had the opportunity to re-do-it. This, however, wasn't the fault of the hosts, as we should have communicated it.

definitely worth visiting
Pros:

the place is close to the restaurants, main streets, beach and supermarket. the apartment was equipped with utensils, heating, nice and plentiful furniture and 3 balconies with the view to the street. it was extremely clean there. the personnel was welcoming and helpful

Pros:

Location, decoration of the apartment, cleanness and quietness! Basically everything!!!

Cons:

Once the cleaner rang the bell and opened the door without checking, to change the towels. My baby woke up because of this. Maybe they can make the sign of 'do not disturb' ?

The only missing thing for us was an oven in the kitchen, as we cook often in oven. There was no oven in the apartments.
