The property was quite old but clean good for family.
If someone wants to do shopping a lot it is a little bit far from downtown
Considering such economic solution, room space is large, with family sized refrigerator. Front desk has forwarded hair dryer after requesting as well. However, water heater seems not able to work with high efficiency.

Most of the things are good.
Terrible WIFI, not usable, I used mobile internet. The cleaner was bad and told something to the manager and the manager told us if they find more dirty they will force us to leave the room earlier but we did not have too much dirty there. I don't know what was the function of the cleaner......
The room is spacious and comfortable.
But the swimming pool suspended service a few years
Although breakfast not included, we were enjoyed at the hotel during our vacation. Especially, seems to be an owner who he is very helpful and advise some kind of suggestion for travel route. Additionally, the location is quite near to MRT blue line and yellow, so it is easy to access here and there, no need to take taxi or bike etc.
House keeping service is really bad, need to remind daily basic to take out trash and also regular amenities if you are plan to stay several days. Moreover, there is no proper check in and out, not like any other hotels, usually no one at the reception counter unless if you can call or ring the bell at the reception counter when you arrive.

The location is not bad. Little far away from MRT but we have car. The hotel has car park. Room size is very big and has bathtub. Air conditioner is old but working well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can late check out with price.
The hotel is very old and need to renew. All furniture is old, decoration is not good. We don't checked to swimming pool. And hotel has a very strong smell, I don't know why.
They forgot before a coke and shampoo in room from other guest.
The hotel manager is a very nice and sympathetic person, always ready to help with advice and deed. The hotel is old, I would say very vintage, but I like this style, like in the detective series of the 70-80s. Cleaning every day, two bottles of water, toilet paper, towels. The view of the city is very good. There is a banana garden right in front of the hotel and the birds sing very beautifully there.
Nearby there is a construction of a new branch of the Sky train, so it is very dusty and noisy if you walk along the highway to the metro station
