Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, nhân viên rất thân thiện.
Cửa không có cách âm, điều này thật tai hại. Mọi âm thanh trong phòng ngủ, dù lớn hay nhỏ đều phát ra bên ngoài.
One block from the beach. Tons of good restaurants right outside the hotel and in the surrounding area. Everyone working there is friendly.
The chairs are hard, wooden, uncomfortable and without any cushions.
The doors have to be loudly slammed in order to shut.
We traveled as a couple and were mainly looking for a place that is close to the beach but still affordable, and this hotel fit that perfectly, the room was simple but comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and having so many restaurants nearby made it very easy to plan our days without stress.
Location.
Everything else except location. No window. Extra charge on card usage. Bathroom window is so big difficult to open, anyone can enter.
Nous avons séjourné ici pendant quelques nuits lors de notre voyage à Da Nang et avons trouvé que c’était un point de départ très pratique. L’emplacement est l’un de ses principaux atouts — à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage de My Khe, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. La chambre était simple mais propre, et tout fonctionnait correctement. Ce n’est pas un hôtel de luxe, mais pour le prix, c’était tout à fait correct et confortable. Le personnel était aimable et la communication était facile chaque fois que nous avions besoin d’aide. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon choix si vous prévoyez de passer la plupart de votre temps à explorer les environs.
The room was clean, the aircon worked well, and the location close to the beach was the main advantage.
L'emplacement géographique
J'avais écrit à l'établissement pour avoir confirmation qu'il y avait bien une fenêtre dans la chambre. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de la part de l'établissement. A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait malheureusement pas de fenêtre dans la chambre juste un petit vasistas dans la SdB. Pas d'aération, odeur de moisi dans la chambre. Pour palier à cela la direction de l'établissement fait fonctionner 24h/24 un ventilateur dans chaque chambre pour atténuer au maximum l'atmosphère ! Nous nous sommes plaints ainsi qu'un autre touriste Français, nous sommes partis après une nuit passée dans l'établissement après remboursement des autres nuits payées. Un conseil, ne collaborer plus avec ce genre d'établissement. A côté de l'établissement AOA, nous avons trouvé un appartement hôtel de 45m2, 2 grands lits de 180 avec porte fenêtre pour seulement 6€/nuit en +.

Malgré la confirmation de réservation, à notre arrivée la chambre était déjà occupée.
On propose de nous reloger dans une chambre de catégorie inférieure au même tarif.
Pas le choix vu l'heure tardive .....
I had a late flight and asked about checkout flexibility. Staff were very understanding and helped me arrange luggage storage, which made the last day stress-free.
Old and smelly
Worked remotely here for a few days. Not a fancy setup, but the desk space was enough and internet stayed stable for video calls.
I appreciated the elevator and the staff helping me carry my bags when I arrived. Small gesture but made a big difference after a long trip.
great location near the beach. 24hr staff at reception was useful (especially when we realised we needed clean sheets late at night on our first night)
the room was quite uncomfortable to be in. there was no window. the room smelt very damp; heard others complaining to staff about this too.
on our first night, when we got ready for bed, we realised the sheets were dirty. we asked for them to be changed; staff said they would be changed the next morning, but this did not happen. (was told this was because there was only one housekeeper that day) i ended up asking for a clean sheet & lying on this (the sheets were never changed). this new sheet even had someone else’s hairs in it.
the AC didn’t work so had to sleep with a fan blowing on us. the room smelt extremely damp (the smell was the first thing we noticed).
Check-in was quick, room was ready, and the beach was close enough that we didn’t need transport.
It rained during most of my stay, but the room was cozy enough to relax indoors. Wi-Fi worked well and there were plenty of food delivery options nearby.
