Просторная комната, уютно, есть прачечная наверху. Кухня, холодильник, горячая вода, все работает. Очень приятные хозяева. За свою цену- отлично. Хороший бюджетный вариант

This property was amazing ! Great value for money, great facilities, hot shower, great aircon, a kitchenette with everything you need, the wifi worked super well and you have a a TV with YouTube and prime and stuff. It was clean and the bed was comfy and I loved being able to do laundry for free !!! Location great right on the beach and just a grab ride away from the city center ! Staff were great and accommodating, I asked to extend a night and it was no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here I loved it :) thank you !

the host was very helpful, he let me use his office for my remote work as the apartment itself was too small for it. he didn't want any money for it. he rented us a motorbike without any deposit. he was very polite,always answering promptly. there is a terrace on the top of the building,the view is beautiful. the washing machine use is free of charge and plenty of room to dry the washed clothes.
the apartment was too small for our needs but it's our own mistake we didn't look properly before booking.

It seems to be close to a beach, which i didn't have time to go to
The only reason i shortened my stay was the bed, which is too firm & my back pain prevented me from sleeping.
It is useful to know that thr apartment is under the flight path. At night you hear the planes & trains (i still prefered it to the noise in the more touristy parts of the city)
Fridge a bit noisy. I had no use for it so i unplugged it.
For those who might wonder, there is no in-room safe.
Studio cu zona de bucătărie unde se poate pregati micul dejun, camera mare și curată, baie curata cu apa caldă...Am fost mulțumiți de aceasta cazare. Apartamentul se afla la 30 min de mers pe jos de la gara. Are o terasă pe bloc unde se vede frumos marea dar și muntele. Are 4 mașini de spălat unde se pot spăla și usca rufele gratis. Mulțumim proprietarilor pentru amabilitate!!! Recomand cu drag aceasta cazare!!!

Прекрасные апартаменты. Все новое, все работает, было очень приятно после месяца во вьетнамских отелях, где всегда что то не функционировало.
Небольшая кровать, небольшое окно без особого вида, хорошая кухня, прекрасный вайфай, тихий кондиционер, горячая вода 24 часа
Очень красивый вид с крыши на море, город, горы
Можно воспользоваться стиральной машинкой и там же на крыше развесить вещи в специальной зоне
Интеллигентные хозяева
Очень уютно
Надо понимать, что это уже не туристический район, здесь живут местные жители
Тут не будет ночью такой движухи как в центре, нет такого разнообразия адаптированных ресторанов и нет круглосуточных магазинов
Зато есть рынок, фруктовые лавки и маленькие магазинчики с ценами для местных
Есть один момент - пляж рядом. Но он совсем не для избалованных голубым морем и белым песком туристов. Песок и вода цвета, как в наших речках в детстве
Вопрос решается арендой байка - до центрального пляжа минут 20 через красивый длинный мост
Рада была, что перед отъездом из Вьетнама, ввиду полной занятости отелей в туристическом центре, остановилась в этом месте на 4 ночи и пожила другой, нетуристической жизнью

The staff was friendly and helpful
The fan and AC were noisy, it was impossible to sleep with it so I had to turn it off and felt hot during the night. Then there were huge cockroaches in my room and it was disgusting, I killed them but the rest of the stay was afraid there were gonna be more of them. So I didn’t sleep well at this place for this two reasons. WiFi didn’t work for a couple of days but then the staff came and finally fixed it.
The location is very far from the centre and there is not much to do around
I don’t know why this place has such a good rating cause my experience was quite stressful and not pleasant at all
Close to many restaurants and a brisk 5 minute walk to Thanh Khe beach. Kitchen table was good for work. Undercover motorbike parking downstairs. Plenty of hot water.
Wifi kept dropping out or slowing to a crawl. No microwave. The central light switch next to bed did not work - I had to ask for a bedside lamp and a cheap usb driven LED lamp was supplied. Older building so only a couple of usable power outlets - one was overloaded with five devices another was a meter above the bed. Television remote malfunctioned and although I asked 3 times, it was never adequately fixed, so the TV was useless. Aircon was noisy and not very efficient so I had to leave it on most of the time.
The biggie however is that it is directly under the main Da Nang flight path and the noise of planes landing and taking off was constant - especially between 12-3 am in the morning. Not the owners fault but not mentioned in any of the reviews either. Plenty of windows but only cheap blinds that did not block out the 5-6am sunrise and with the plane noise it was difficult to get a decent night sleep. Prepaid a week so I was sort of stuck but more than happy to move when the week was up.
