Pros:

Alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in Küche und Bad , für mich völlig ausreichend. Netter Empfang sowie viele Restaurant-Tipps.

Cons:

Habe die Straße abends ziemlich laut gehört. Der Balkon war recht klein und hatte leider keine Aussicht. Das Sofa gehört dringend getauscht, das war ziemlich unbequem.

Lovely fantastic will love to come again
Pros:

Very clean, fully self catering if needed, access to washing machine. Lovely friendly staff very accommodating even with an extremely late check in - you could also call it extremely early check in! Fantastic location if you didn’t want to hire a car lots to do locally and easy access to public transport

Cons:

Nothing really I would change apart from the upstairs bedroom was like a matinee with a low ceiling I did knock my head the odd time when getting up in dark. There is also plenty of signs so it more my own fault for not remembering :)

Genial localización
Pros:

Ubicado muy cerca del centro de Funchal. Pudimos aparcar todas las noches justo en la calle de al lado gratuitamente. Nos tocó un apartamento con capacidad para cuatro personas y éramos solo dos por lo que era muy amplio. Pudimos usar la lavadora común sin cargo adicional. Pequeña terraza en la que pudimos dejar la ropa tendida. Nos dejaron hacer el checkout dos horas más tarde sin problema. También nos dieron recomendaciones de restaurantes y bares locales muy buenas.

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que había escaleras para acceder al apartamento. La puerta de entrada se encuentra pegada a la carretera y en cuesta, simplemente mencionarlo si tienes problemas de movilidad o sillas con niños.

Pros:

El alojamiento estaba limpio y bien ubicado, es un sitio acogedor. No se escuchaba nada de la calle y eso es un plus. Las camas eran cómodas, el baño estaba en buenas condiciones al igual que el apartamento en si.

Basic apartment in good location
Pros:

The apartment was clean and only a short walk from the city center. Cleaners did a great job mid our stay. The kitchen is supplied with pans and plates so you can cook meals if needed.
I never had a problem with free parking in the evenings, but then this was in March so not many tourists in the city. The hosts were more than helpful. We were welcomed on our arrival and received many helpful information about attractions.

Cons:

Because how the appointment is built it is very dark inside. There is only one window. The shower is very small (plenty of hot water though). To the first floor you have to go through narrow stairs. The ceiling on the floor is low. I'm 194cm and I could not stand there. Extraction in the kitchen didn't work and there was no hairdryer.

Самый центр города. Небольшой перепад высоты для спуска в город. Все в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

Нет кондиционера/обогревателя (не обещан, но хотелось). В январе прохладно. Не солнечная сторона. Для лета - идеально.

Good value for money just a hop away from downtown Funchal
Pros:

Very well located. Our room was calm and had all the amenities required. A major plus is the host who was super welcoming and gave us plenty of good adresses for food and drinks. She was also very available and answered very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and downtown is just a 10minutes walk

Nothing major we can complain about

Agradável, mas com aspetos a melhorar…
Pros:

Localização muito central, receção e disponibilidade Check-in/ checkout. Apartamento renovado apesar de não ser novo.

Cons:

Acesso ao apartamento com muitas escadas, base de duche apertadíssima para tomar duche, difícil estacionar perto.
Camas pequenas, mas servem bem para uns dias de descanso.
