Ein komfortabler und ruhiger Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Uns wurde erlaubt, bereits 4 Stunden vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit kostenlos einzuchecken. Ich war mit einem kleinen Kind unterwegs, und das hat mir sehr geholfen – dafür bin ich sehr dankbar.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut: Es gab einen separaten Ruhebereich sowie einen Schlafbereich. Das Badezimmer war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gab viele Ablageflächen und einen Schrank – sehr praktisch für Reisende, die mehrere Tage bleiben.

Die Reinigung sowie der Wechsel der Bettwäsche erfolgten täglich. Im Zimmer gab es außerdem einen Kühlschrank und zwei Balkone.

Der Frühstücksraum ist modern und schön gestaltet. Die Auswahl an Speisen war gut, und alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und besonders an die Frau an der Rezeption, mit dem ich am meisten Kontakt hatte.

Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute und Ihrem Hotel weiterhin viel Erfolg und Wachstum!

Cons:

Das Einzige, was den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hätte, wäre das Vorhandensein von richtigen Tassen für Tee sowie Löffeln gewesen.

Außerdem gab es auf dem Vorhang im Ruhebereich einige Flecken, was den Gesamteindruck des Zimmers leicht beeinträchtigt hat.


Im Großen und Ganzen hat dies jedoch die Qualität des Aufenthalts überhaupt nicht beeinflusst, da allein der vorhandene Kühlschrank ein großer Pluspunkt war!

Pros:

The staff was really nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, delicious and with lots of options, and the location is amazing, it's pretty close to Füssen Bahnhof and right at Füssen Downtown

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden!

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Es war ein bisschen beengt beengt. Im Waschraum (Toilette) könnten ruhig ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher angebracht werden.

Sehr nette Dame am Empfang. Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Böden, Treppenbeläge, Möbel, Wände - überall Kunststoff. Übler Chemiegeruch durch Kunststoff und Reinigungsmittel.

Die freundliche junge Dame am Empfang

Cons:

Das mit dem Parkhaus ist schon etwas umständlich.Wir mussten im größten Regen beim rausfahren,einen Parkplatz suchen,um die Parkkarte beim Hotel wieder ab zu geben.Das sollte etwas anders geregelt werden.Ausserdem wollte ich am Empfang eine Postkarte abgeben,da sagte mir der junge Mann,das sie diesen Dienst nicht machen.Es kommt doch eh jeden Tag die Post,nein ich musste mir nen Briefkasten suchen.Dieser Service fehlt leider.Das ist das erste Hotel in meinen ganzen Jahren,die so etwas abgelehnt hat.Schade eigentlich

Pros:

Très bonne emplacement au centre-ville. Le personnel est adorable. Je veux particulièrement remercier Katherina pour son amabilité.
Notre appartement était spacieux et la cuisine est bien équipée. Nous sommes très contents de notre choix d'hôtel, il y a beaucoup de restorants autour et un supermarket Rewe à 250 mètres. Très pratique
