Nettes, sauberes, aber in die Jahre gekommenes Haus
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Zimmer mit Seeblick habend eine tolle Aussicht

Cons:

Ausstattung leider ziemlich veraltet. Sanitär in Küche müsste neu gemacht werden
Möbel in Zimmer sind sicher auch schon 30 Jahre alt
Unser Bad im Zimmer war extrem klein, gibt aber auch größere Bäder
Pool Bereich hat eher den Charme einer Jungenherberge - aber alles sauber

Beautiful location, well appointed apartments, friendly staff and excellent facilities.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, with beautiful views down Weissensee with the mountains behind. The apartments are well appointed, the hotel is well maintained, with a nice (small) swimming pool and an excellent sauna. The staff are friendly. The onsite restaurant is also very good. And the bread roll delivery works very well for the mornings.

Cons:

A very minor point that we found the mattresses a little too firm, but this is of course a preference.

Great place for families
Pros:

It was our second time staying at the Seespitz. We love the location, the views , the pool area and the in house restaurant. The staff is always polite and helpful. The even offered free Donuts for Karneval Tuesday. Also we appreciate the coffee machine and the kids love the games room. We booked breakfast for our last day and it was excellent.

Cons:

Apart from having a very hard pillow and my mattress a bit worn, we found it was too warm in the room at night. We slept with the windows open all night.

Ontzettend fijn voor gezinnen met kinderen!
Pros:

Al 2x geweest en blijven terugkomen. Prachtige en centraal gelegen locatie. Pal aan een mooi recreatie meer. Door de vele (gratis) faciliteiten echt perfect voor gezinnen met kinderen. Ontzettend veel te doen in en rondom het hotel, maar ook in de omgeving en je staat binnen een mum van tijd in Oostenrijk. Heerlijk en gezellig kindvriendelijk restaurant met pizza's beter dan in Italie!

Cons:

Bedden voor ons wat te hard, maar dat is persoonlijk!

Der See war toll, aber das Hotel würden wir nicht mehr besuchen .

Aussicht war schön ,

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr unbequem, keine Klima Anlage , das frühstück war enttäuscht, schade war das es keine Fliegen Gitter gab da es am See und neber einer Kuh Weide war.
Sauna Bereich war eine sehr schlechte Lage da man diese nicht gut nutze konnte sowie die
Infrarot Kabine die nicht mal eine Tür besaß und sich in einem Durchgangszimmer befand.
Die Pizzeria war gut aber das Personal überfordert sowie die Helfer unfreundlich

Lovely location somewhat spoilt by the main road.
Pros:

Loved the pool and being so close to the lake. Free coffee machine. Sofa bed was useful.

Cons:

The second bedroom was tiny. Too small for adult children. Apartment was very close to a main road which was very noisy. Also lots of noise from other apartments.

Perfect place in Füssen.
Pros:

The location is ideal and beautiful. Close to everything. The pool was a big plus because of the rain.
Couldn’t ask for better by the lake!

Cons:

The room was quite hot but we were above the pool which I think the heating made our apartment warm. Easily fixed by opening all the windows.

Eine gute Idee
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, durchdachtes Konzept. Das Beste aus Ferienwohnung und Hotel.

Cons:

Ein Gemeinschaftsbereich für die Kinder und Familien mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum Spielen wäre noch schön. Dort könnten dann auch Kinder und Eltern Anschluss finden. Der Freizeitraum mit Tischtennis auf der Ebene der Tiefgarage ist eher wie ein Keller, ohne Fenster und nicht sehr gemütlich.
