Only stayed one night, but very happy.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Far enough away from main rood to be quiet.

Cons:

No kettle in room but there was one available in common area and to be honest a kettle should not be expect at this price.

Das Personal war sehr nett, er hat uns umsonst zum Busbahnhof gefahren. Das Zimmer war für den Preis völlig ausreichen. Preis Leistung super.

Die Dusche war mal wieder mitten im Bad, ist aber nicht allzu schlimm.

Pros:

Very clean! Free coffee and water. Almost directly across the street from an Italian restaurant with good Pizza but expensive. Another good Thai restaurant is to the main road and jut a little left.

Struttura in posizione tranquilla ed arieggiata. Camera di proporzioni ragionevoli, pulita. Bagno piastrellato, un ottime condizioni. Staff gentile che non parla inglese, ma col traduttore si risolve. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout. A 1,3 km dal centro, passeggiata a piedi fattibile, sennò ci sono i moto taxi
