Pros:

O hotel é bom, a jacuzzi foi um dos motivos da escolha do hotel, e quando fomos usar não está disponível para o nosso dia. O chuveiro quente não funcionava. A suíte que ficamos era quente, conseguimos dormir com o ar condicionado direcionado para cama. Tivemos problema com o controle remoto da tv, mas eles trocaram. Staff é atencioso, porém é um valor muito alto para não usufruir do que é disponibilizado no fechamento do quarto. Na descrição quando contratamos tinha welcome drink, mas não tinha nenhuma no quarto.

Experiência incrível neste lugar. Confortável, travesseiros ótimos, limpeza impecável. Café da manhã muito bem servido e maravilhoso. Atendimento muito bom, as meninas super simpáticas e o segurança também. Vamos voltar !!!!

Fui muito surpreendido positivamente com a estadia. Os funcionário são muito simpáticos e profissionais, fui muito bem atendido, principalmente pela Brena. A acomodação é excelente, cama maravilhosa. A localização perfeita também.
