Very nice view, feels like you are sleeping in a very charming farm in the middle of nowhere! Not the most modern room but it does the job!
The location is isolated, quiet and beautiful. Good value for money.
Alls vorhanden, was man für eine Nacht benötigt!
The facility is well looked after, owners and staff go out there way to make you feel comfortable and are always there to help with anything that you need.
There really isn't much not to like but the entertainment area can do with a little work. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
Quaint setting. The cows grazing in the field next door was initially quaint - but the flies became a pain
retrospectively considered - expensive relative to the basic provisions - i.e. additional family sleeping fold out couch and limited but sufficient kitchen supplies.
The SANParks at Storms River offered similar facilities, right at the sea, and relatively less expensive with 2 separate rooms
The location on farmland, with the view of the mountains and the pool was peaceful and beautiful for the natural setting. The lady at reception waited for our very late arrival and was extremely pleasant. You can buy firewood and use the outdoor braai areas. My sons got to chat with other guests who were also vacationing, which allowed for more social interactions. The rooms were cleaned daily. The open plan kitchen was well stocked with pots, crockery and cutlery. The combination oven and stove top plug-in unit was new to us but worked well. It was hot outside, but the fan seemed to provide the enough cooling.
The windows could not be kept open due to the flies and mosquitoes. A screened window, so we could keep a window open at night would help with ventilation.
The location was lovely
The rooms were musty and dirty. There was a stench coming from the bathrooms that we complained about only to be told we should keep the doors open and let air come in. That's not my job, you take a room rent for it. This place sells because of the view. Nothing great about the rooms. You get the same views all over Tsitsikamma
The moment you arrived you felt by you were greeted by staff and by guests like this was a great space for everyone. The views and calm are incomparable to others
The chalets/cottages are linked to another so it seems like you share the same geezer but otherwise all good
Location is out of this world very peaceful and beautiful
