Great room on a budget and conveninet location to explore all of Sapporo
Pros:

Great little room on a budget. The location was great, walking distance to Susukino. Good ramen shops nearby and i reccomend engine ramen. Me and my partner stayed here and found it a great base for exploring Sapporo (for us a 20 minute walk isnt much because we prefer walking around, but it might be for you!)

Cons:

The beds were a bit stiff but nothing that meant we couldnt get good rest.

最悪
Cons:

良くも悪くも、部屋に入れなかった、メールでのやり取り、全く返信も無し、緊急電話に電話しても繋がらず、全く緊急の意味が無い人が泊まれなくて困ってるって、どんな気持ちで問い合わせしてるのか、考えないかなぁ、寒い夜、かなり彷徨いました
ホテル業で、こんな扱いされたのは人生の中で初めてです
日本のホテル？

寝る為だけに使った
Cons:

ベッドを支える木の板が2箇所ほど割れ歪んでいたり、ゴムが弛んでいた。その為寝返りなどの体動が出来ず不安だった。今後利用される方の中に怪我人が出る可能性がある。

残念。
Pros:

宿がない中泊まれた事はよかった。

Cons:

蛇口が壊れており、洗面所は使えなかった。
宿泊前からの質問等も返答がない。
ミニキッチンはあるが、食器がない。
トイレっとペーパー等の予備がなく困った。

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Close to the center but not far!With buses around 10min.Clean room, it had almost anything you would want for a short stay.
Shampoo ,conditioner and body wash were provided. Cozy ,small but for 2 ppl max its perfect i would say.

Cons:

As i am new to Japan ( 1st visit) ,even though I found the brochure with instructions I was never able to open the lights in the living room. Fortunately that wasn't necessary as the room was well lit even without(didn't contact the host,trivial to me at least). I didn't find any chopsticks or spoon,fork etc .
