Nel complesso mi sono trovato davvero bene a parte la proprietaria sbrigativa
Pros:

Ho apprezzato la brocca con l’acqua al mio arrivo e la possibilità di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente. La stanza aveva tutto il necessario e sembrava ristrutturata da poco.

Cons:

La proprietaria lo vista solo una volta ed è stata abbastanza sbrigativa e svogliata nonostante ci fossi solo io in residence.

Pros:

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade e abbiamo soggiornato in appartamento con balcone senza uso cucina, ma con la colazione in camera. Posizione centralissima e con parcheggio esterno. Tantissime attività nelle vicinanze da raggiungere a piedi.
Posizione ottima anche per visitare Merano o Bolzano.
Gentilezza e cortesia dello staff.

Ottima posizione e pratico appartamento !
Pros:

La posizione nel paesino di Scena molto carino e con possibilità di passeggiate con meraviglioso panorama .
A 10 min in macchina da Merano ..
appartamento pulito, pratico, ristrutturato da poco e tenuto nell’insieme bene, con tutto il necessario ,molto ben riscaldato ..

Cons:

In cucina c’era un cattivo odore acido ed abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre la porta chiusa con la finestra aperta nonostante il freddo fuori ..
il letto matrimoniale è composto da 2 letti singoli, migliorabile ..
la colazione in camera non era disponibile , bisognava avvisare prima il personale ( così ci hanno riferito ) .. noi abbiamo avvisato due giorni prima e comunque ci hanno detto che non era possibile .
Peccato perché abbiamo scelto il residence anche per la possibilità della colazione in camera avendo una bimba piccolina !

Ficará na nossa memória.
Pros:

Apartamento excelente, bem mobiliado, cozinha bem montada, quarto e banheiro amplos. Linda vista para as Dolomitas com neve.

Cons:

Senti falta de um micro-ondas.
A cama de casal era adaptada por 2 camas de solteiro e deixava um espaço incômodo no meio.

La gentilezza dello staff e il comfort della sistemazione, assieme alla posizione strategica della stessa.

Cons:

L'assegnazione di una camera non corrispondente alla descrizione (dotata di angolo cottura di cui ci è stato categoricamente vietato l'uso); il letto matrimoniale composto di due materassi singoli allestiti individualmente.

Stunning views, great location, fantastic host.
Pros:

The hostess was amazing and super friendly. She tried her best to communicate with us and share information on where to eat and where to go. There was even a little basket of eggs and chocolate on Easter Sunday morning outside our door which was a nice touch. I love her vibe! The room was modern and comfortable with a stunning view. Definitely value for money. Location was right in the middle of the city centre and a short walk to shops
