Terrible treatment of a Returning Customer
Pros:

This picture advertised for the apartment, is not the rooms I got.
I paid for two rooms apartment but got a big room studio instead.

The bed was comfy but WiFi signal was unstable .

Overall I enjoyed my stay except for the dispute over not getting th apartment I paid for

Cons:

There were dust particles from corners of the wall, hanging over my head from the cieling, which I removed with tip of my umbrella

Great base for a short term stay.
Pros:

The room was secure and as advertised. The staff were really helpful and friendly when communicating. All in all, it was a satisfying stay, and everything that was needed for a week's stay was provided.

Cons:

The room did have a slight smell of previously cooked food. The room (Studio 5) is on the top floor, which is quite close to the rail bridge, so you may hear trains going past quite frequently. However, it was not so loud as to disrupt sleep and comfort.

It was clean and warm, few essentials like washing up liquid, kitchen roll, towels and salt. But for the price no complaints

Cons:

Previous guests have not taken care of the property with some stains on the walls and carpet, felt a bit run down, bed was hard but that's a preference

Pros:

Clean lovely modern finish good value for money. Great location.xomfy bed nice shower

Cons:

2 radiators didn't work so qere freezing. Contacted host an maintenance didn't come out just was told to check the thermostat in another room on another floor. Which I do t think should have been our responsibility 🤔

Poor and not worth the money.

Where do I begin. To start with I waited 30 minutes for someone to drop my key off as it wasn’t in the lock box. She arrived with no apology, just handed the key and left. After walking in to -5 degrees due to all windows been open, it was clear that the room hadn’t been cleaned. There were crumbs and bits of food and stuff all over the carpet and kitchen floor, I recorded a video for proof. The fridge didn’t work and absolutley stunk of fish, most likely why they opened all of the windows. To which I had to move the fridge to another socket to see if it worked due to the ‘workers’ request, which then revealed a load more crumbs and dirty just under the fridge which was also disgusting. The ‘parking’ situation was horrendous, there’s no such thing as good parking here, you either park on the mountain of a hill and get blocked in, or you find somewhere close because there was no room road side. After declaring my issues, I had already booked for the week after stupidly, I requested a refund last week, they got back to me today when it was too late saying they can’t issue one.

It was okay to say , fair for the price. Car park was challenging. Noise from the trains which was disturbing

The space and the kitchen there was awesome

Cons:

The stairs were not swept , needed abit of sweeping, and the car park was not amazing.

Comfortable, safe and did the job
Pros:

The priority for us with a toddler was the property being safe, secure and practical - we were so pleased our apartment ticked all of these boxes. The apartment overall was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were great - I appreciated the check in via WhatsApp and also spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone when I needed assistance (thank you!)

Cons:

The parking didn’t feel great at first, but we did manage fine once we got to grips with where we needed to park.
