Pros:

Der Ausblick auf die Berge und den Gardasee war sehr, sehr schön. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon in der Morgensonne war herrlich! Aer ist ein nettes Dorf mit tollen Wanderwegen und Wasserfällen, die direkt von Borgo Ermanno aus zu erreichen sind. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und relativ modern eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Ferienwohnung war leider recht hellhörig. Ebenso hat das Gluckern der Klimaanlagen innen (auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand) und das Brummen der Wärmepumpe draußen vor dem Balkon die Ruhe durchaus etwas beeinträchtigt.

Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit.
Pros:

Der Ausblick und die ruhige Umgebung waren sehr schön.

Cons:

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Ein Toaster wäre noch ganz schön. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Pros:

The property is located in Aer, a small village 1km away from larger village Gardola. The area is very quiet, I'd say perfect fit for families with kids. It also simplifies choices: Restaurants? Only a few, in Gardola. Supermarkets? One. Pharmacy? One. Etc :) This may be tricky for a long holiday, though, as you ran out of options.

On the upside, views from Aer/Tignale are pretty impressive, both from the balcony -- but especially from the pool area/garden. The pool is likely the best asset of this property.

Cons:

The room wasn't as clean as I'd expect it to be. Mattresses are pretty basic, I found them too firm. Very disappointing to see basic amenities like shower gel/shampoo were not provided. Also, extra clean sheets should have been provided for a long stay.

Pros:

Très belle résidence, tout est très bien entretenu. La vue sur le lac et la montagne est magnifique. Et petit conseil, pas besoin d’aller jusque limione pour aller au supermarché, on trouve tout le nécessaire à tignale à 5 minutes de la location en voiture et l’endroit est aussi très sympa pour passer la soirée

Ausstattung der Wohnung war absolutes Minimum. Die Anlage wird offenbar in erster Linie von Familien mit kleineren Kindern gebucht. Die Wohnungen sind extrem hellhörig.
