Fair but could be much better for the price you pay
Pros:

Nice flat indeed, there's everything you need for a short stay, even though it isn't very spacious..
Helpful staff always very responsive over messages, even though check in process should've be advised as self check in, with direction shown metter or explained as it's not very clear by the entrance. Ask for highest floor but away from elevator (very noisy at all time during day and night!). Big plus for laundry facilities in the basement, make sure you have some 1 or 2 CHF (no change given by the machine).

Cons:

Lifts are extremely small. You won't fit in a wheelchair or buggy, had to up and down 2/3 times to take stuff to the apartment. No cleaning or towels replacement for 3 days, not even for toilet paper. At the price of 200 CHF per night, this would be a nice service to have by. Noisy elevator close to the flat, make sure you ask for apartments very far from lifts. A bit dusty over the living room carpet and on the kitchen floor too. Not so easy to find a tiny broom and shovel, which where hidden behind the rubbish bin.
Split beds that always come off and separate in the middle of the night: not the best option for couples or families, in 2026 should all hotel have one only bed instead of 2 put together ones.
We also asked for a baby bed which was kindly given to us. The little mattress wasn't in its best conditions though. It looked very dated and even ruined in some points. No TV in bedroom.

Tolle Unterkunft und super Lage.
Pros:

sehr schönes, ruhiges Appartment. das Zimmer ist sehr gross und alles war ausserordentlich sauber.
das Badezimmer ist genial. Schön gross, tolle Dusche, alles da. Auch das Telefon, wo die Rezeption 24h erreichbar ist ist super freundlich bedient. Es konnte mir zweimal schnell geholfen werden.

Cons:

das Federkernbett war unglaublich unbequem, was den Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt hat. Nicht gut geschlafen.
Zudem fand ich den Check in etwas kompliziert. Mir wurde nur auf Anfrage die Buchungsnummer mitgeteilt, dies zum Einchecken braucht. Am Ende gabs noch einen Buchungsfehler, aber die freundliche Rezeption ( Telefon ) hat super nett geholfen.

Pros:

Pro : Excellent location near Zurich center and lake. Very nice apartment well phonicly isolated. Receptionist personal accessible by phone very helpful and professional. Overall Perfect😀😀😀!

Cons:

Minor cons : just lacking face to face interactions with reception.

Pros:

I honestly couldn't say more about this lovely, quiet, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location, right on tram and bus stops, close to multiple cafes and grocery stores -- plus a few minutes walk from the lake, with cafes, a park and -- if you're lucky -- mountain views! The apartment was clean, pretty, super functional and welcoming. I could see staying here for an extended period, not just the three nights we had on this trip. There were four of us -- two in one bedroom, one in another bedroom and me on the pullout couch (because I'm up earlier than everyone else). It was SURPRISINGLY comfortable -- and dark and quiet (the electric exterior shutters block out ALL light and are so cool). Bonus: We needed extra bedding for the pullout sofa, so I called the front office and two members of the housekeeping team showed up shortly thereafter; honestly watching them make the sofa bed was one of my favorites parts of the stay -- they were SO efficient and friendly. I think I could try my whole life and never learn to put a comforter inside a duvet cover as quickly and effortlessly as they did. So kudos to the customer service! After that we needed nothing because it was such a well-appointed and well-designed space.

Cons:

We were slightly confused when we arrived because there isn't much signage upon entry. It would be helpful if there were a small sign inside the front door telling travelers to head upstairs and to the left to get to the self-serve reception desk. Also, additional signs would be helpful explaining that you need to take different elevators to get to different apartments (ie, 101 and 102 are accessible from the left elevator, but 103 and 104 are only accessible using the right elevator. We went up the wrong one with our luggage at first). But this was a very small and brief blip!
