Die Lage u. der Meerblick.
Die Räume sind angenehm gross. Es war sauber.
Der warme Pool. Wenig Leute.

Cons:

Die enge Strasse zur Unterkunft. Keine Wege zum laufen/wandern vom Haus weg. Nur geteerte Strassen.
Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch. V.a die Küche, keine Garderobe, ausser im Schlafzimmer u. bei der Eingangstüre fehlen Läden o. ein Vorhang.
Die Schiebetür zur Terrasse konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden u. das Lavabo im Bad lief schon zu beginnen unserer Ferienwoche schlecht ab. Zum Schluss gar nicht mehr.

Cute, clean, spacious, calm, has everything you might need, easy to find, nice view, lovely stuff.
It’s just a bit high on the hill, it’s was totally fine with a car, but not possible on foot.
