Cons:

They advertise the place as 5 star. That is a total scam! In reality 1 star!
They deceived me with huge discount like 60-70 %, advertising the flat as 5 star hotel,
- unconfortable mattrass,
- cheep furniture, overall cgeep feeling,
- cheep, over- used bed linen,
- dirty walls,
- noisy neighbours all around walking all night,
- you approach the apt via 4 doors, dirty backyards,
- getting in like a maze puzzle,
- light at night ges on and off in the hallway, impossible to sleep,
- never again,

Tiszta és jó helyen van, de műszakilag és minőségileg csalódás
Pros:

A környék kiváló, a lakás pedig valóban tiszta volt. Külön köszönet a hostnak, amiért az allergiámra tekintettel extra takarítást kért, és a kommunikáció is végig kedves, gördülékeny volt.

Cons:

Sajnos az apartman kialakítása során a látványon kívül szinte minden máson spóroltak, ami a használhatóság rovására ment. A legkritikusabb pont a WC volt, ami konkrétan kimozdult a falból használat közben – ez nemcsak kellemetlen, de balesetveszélyes is, így a tartózkodásom alatt inkább nem is mertem használni.

Az alvásminőség sem volt megfelelő: a két összetolt, gyenge minőségű matrac kényelmetlen volt, a kispárnák pedig hiányoztak. A zajszigetelés gyakorlatilag nulla; a szomszédos (utólag leválasztott) lakásból minden vízengedés és WC-lehúzás extrém hangosan áthallatszik. Az összképet tovább rontották az elhasznált, vékony törölközők és az ajtóra ragasztott papírfecni, ami méltatlan egy nagypolgári lakáshoz.

Sajnálom, mert a host hozzáállása remek, de az ingatlan műszaki állapota és a felszereltség minősége jelenleg messze elmarad az elvárhatótól.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center, with 24/7 support staff. My family of four stayed comfortably. The only issue was that the hot water wasn't enough for all four of us to shower, so we had to wait our turn.

El apartamento recién reformado, como nuevo, cómodo, acogedor, bien equipado.
El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento, dando facilidad a la llegada o para la hora de partir.
