отношение персонала + расположение. ЕСЛИ БУДЕТЕ СНИМАТЬ ТО НЕ ЗИМОЙ, окна свозят и ужасный холод. а так в целом всё было хорошо, снимали на новый год, персонал даже подарили нам бутылку шампанского

Pros:

Good location, close to many restaurants and tram stations

Cons:

quite noisy because of the tram station in front of the building. Also for heating there was only one small radiator that wasn't enough for the room.

Pros:

Procédure d'arrivée très bien expliquée, l'appartement est très bien située et les transports sont accessibles juste à côté.
Très propre et assez calme

Cons:

La couette n'était pas assez épaisse pour l'hiver, j'ai eu un peu froid la nuit.
Le volet ́ne descendait pas complètement.

Value for money for short 1-2 days but not for longer stays.
Pros:

The staff were really caring and supportive. They replied quite fast and conveyed proper information when needed. The location of the property is super convenient and central.

Cons:

The room was a bit old and for that the windows were not sealed properly. Cold air was coming from the window gaps all night making the room so cold despite the heater being on. We had to ask for extra blankets on our second night after not being able to sleep properly on the first night. Also there were not enough plates and cookeries for 2 person. Only 1 plate, 1 bowl and 1 pan which is not enough in my opinion. Also complementary tea, coffee or toiletries (shampoo, soap etc.) would've been a good addition.
