Important information:

In the Three-Bedroom Apartment, air conditioning is available in two of the bedrooms and the living room. Although the third bedroom does not have its own air conditioning, its proximity to the living room allows cool air and remains comfortable.

Swimming pools and spa facilities (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym) are available for our guests at our partner hotel Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa, located directly next to us. Kindly be informed that there is a fee of 20 euros per person per day (apply to all age). Opening hour from 12:00 to 20:00 (except children under 14 years can use only until 16:00).

Please note that in case of reserving 3 or more apartments / rooms, a group policy applies regarding prepayment and cancellation, and the hotel will inform you about the policy.

In all apartment, the televisions do not offer local channels; however, Netflix and youtube are provided for your entertainment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Great location and clean rooms, but let down by lack of basic services.
Pros:

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, with easy access to bus, tram, and metro stations, making transportation very convenient. Both the hotel premises and the room/apartment were clean and surprisingly spacious. Additionally, the staff was polite and professional in all our communications, which made the initial impression very positive.

Cons:

However, the stay was overshadowed by the lack of basic housekeeping services. While I appreciate the eco-friendly approach of not changing towels daily, the fact that no cleaning is provided unless you pay an additional fee of approximately €35 is unacceptable and excessive. This policy significantly diminishes the overall quality of the stay and leaves a negative impression, as basic maintenance should be included in the price.

Maravilhoso!!
Pros:

Apartamento perfeito para umas férias em família. Éramos 5 pessoas e o espaço era enorme.
Desde a limpeza, espaço super bem decorado, conforto e simpatia dos funcionários.
Infelizmente só ficamos 3 noites.
