Great location, well worth considering for a Brisbane work or recreation trip.
Pros:

Good price. Great location 5 mins from south Brisbane railway station and v close to Southbank attractions. Easy walk to CBD. Huge apartment for 1 or 2 people for a few days.

Perfect location, heaps of space, rock hard beds.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the room was quiet despite the business of outside

Cons:

The mattresses were rock hard. And I usually sleep on a firm mattress!
We also booked the room with 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom but it was 2 double beds which was quite disappointing. Other than that everything was good.

Wonderful family escape to see "Annie" the musical
Pros:

The central location was amazing, we could walk to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was well appointed and clean. Check in was seamless and I loved that my car was safe and sound in the free secuity car park. Just parked and walked everywhere. A dream stay. Very good value.

Cons:

The only down side was the park across the road with quite a few tents. That was unavoidable though with so many poor people having to live rough with the state of the economy.
