Pros:

Super freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste ist.

Cons:

Neben Hotel befindet sich Firma, bei der durchgehend ein Aggregat wummert und dröhnt, auch die ganze Nacht hindurch. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut (keine Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer)

Sehr laute störende Lüftungsanlage am Nachbargebäude. Daher konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Zu warm im Raum.

100% Weiterempfehlung!
Pros:

Sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, Küchenzeile mit Geschirr vorhanden, Einkaufsläden gleich um die Ecke erreichbar.

Cons:

An 2/3 Tagen morgens nur kaltes Wasser vorhanden gewesen

Impeccably clean room, best value for money in a while
Pros:

Very well kept and functional family-run hotel. Large and impeccably (I really mean impeccably!) clean room. Not the most charming, but definitely very practical location (esp. if travelling by car), restaurants/services also accessible on foot. Nice and welcoming host. It's been quite a while that I didn't come across such a good value for money accommodation as this one. The big bonus/treat is that I even hd a nice view, with the Frankfurt skyline in the distance.

Cons:

I had a room that was above some technical installations (vents) from the next door building, which meant there was a constant humming sound throughout the night. It was not disturbing for me, but good to be aware, esp. if planning to sleep with window open.

Pros:

Excellent property for econimical stay though no food offered. You make your own food. Ms Soola the property manager is very friendly and kind...overall our stay we felt very comfortable.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. Pulito e comodo.
Pros:

Posizione ottima con possibilità di parcheggio. Supermercati nelle vicinanze (REWE, Aldi, Lidl...). Non offrono la colazione, ma nel supermercato attorno all'angolo c'è un panificio che vende dolci, panini imbottiti e caffè. Ottimo per fare colazione. Camere ampie e confortevoli, munite di frigorifero, macchina caffè a cialde, bollitore acqua, fornelli elettrici e stoviglie/posate. Ampia scelta di ristoranti nelle vicinanze, sia cucina tradizionale tedesca che etnica (spagnolo, italiano, thai..).

Cons:

In una delle due stanze mancavano le tende oscuranti, quindi non si riesce a rendere la stanza completamente buia. Nella doccia mancava un ripiano per appoggiare shampoo/sapone. E' una sciocchezza, ma renderebbe la doccia più pratica. Piccola parentesi sulla posizione del Hotel; se bisogna andare verso l'autostrada A5, vi sono due strade, ed entrambi hanno dei passaggi a livello in prossimità di una stazione dei treni. Quindi restano chiusi anche per quindici minuti. Un'eternità...

ideale Zweitwohnung auf Zeit für Geschäftsreisen
Pros:

Ich habe im Apartment Hotel Laforsch schon mehrfach übernachtet. Für meine Geschäftsreisen nach Frankfurt ist es ideal. Es ist günstig, immer sauber und wird von einem super netten Team geführt, das auch immer flexibel ist und auf jeden Wunsch eingeht. Ich konnte noch immer verfrüht bereits am Vormittag einchecken - das hat Seltenheitswert und ist für mich persönlich ein mega Pluspunkt.

Pros:

Keurig appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfect voor business trip. Supermarkt nabij.

Cons:

Het ligt een stukje buiten het centrum, dus niet beel restaurants nabij op loopafstand.

There's a grocery store nearby and a 15 minute walk to Pizza Palma ( highly recommend it)
