Très mal isolé on entend les voisins comme si ils étaient dans notre appartement
Télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas.
Lit d’appoint pour ma fille de 10 ans aucune couverture et les pieds n’étaient pas fixés. Du coup il bougeait énormément.
Pas de café de bienvenue(pas de cafetière) uniquement une bouilloire.
Taxe de séjour trop chère 54€ pour 3 jours
Frigidaire microscopique de la taille des mini-bar dans les hôtels

First of all, the photos shown on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the property. The place was absolutely filthy and in a disgraceful condition. The shower cabin was covered in thick mold, making it unusable — and we had a small child with us. Even basic hygiene like washing our hands or brushing our teeth was sickening due to the level of filth.

The pillows and blankets were stained, worn out, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The entire building, including the apartment itself, reeked of a strong, nauseating odor. The entrance was old, disgusting, and smelled like a mix of mold and sewage.

We spent four days there, and it honestly felt like we were living in a damp, dirty basement. Every time we had to return to the apartment, it triggered anxiety and even panic attacks.

This place is completely unfit for guests in its current condition. I strongly urge the owners to carry out a full, deep renovation — not just cosmetic changes — before allowing anyone else to stay there.

The only positive aspect was the location — and even that wasn’t enough to make up for the horrible experience.

The staff took ages to respond we did not have internet for 5 days of our stay even tho we notified staff about this problem from the beginning. We also had to wait for two hour for the staff to come change the sheets. There are no trash cans near the apartment and the garbage is not being taken out. Additionally the apartment has old not very clean furniture and there were a lot of bugs in the flat.

Bathroom too small.

Ich hätte mich gefreut wenn jemand eine ehrliche Meinung geschrieben hätte. Aus 3 Tagen haben wir 3 Tage nicht geschlafen weil die Wohnung wie aus Papier gemacht ist und nicht nur hellhörig sondern extrem hellhörig, wir haben 3 mal gedacht jemand bricht uns in die Wohnung rein aber es waren unsere Nachbarn die nach Hause kamen.Die Wohnung besteht aus überwiegend Flur. Das Bett unhegienisch mit Flecken auf der Bettdecke. Kein Internet obwohl es auf booking steht dass Wlan da ist. Nach mehreren Versuchen und Fragen wann das Wlan funktionieren wird wurden wir knall hart ignoriert. Eine Lösung wurde nicht angeboten. Preis ist trotzdem gleich geblieben. Die Wohnung ist ein Bunker mit Null Empfang. Kommunikation mit Vermieter leider sehr schlecht und desinteressiert. Vor der Haustür ist eine riesige Baustelle, also kann euch auch passieren dass das Wasser beim Duschen mehrmals komplett ausgeht.
