Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Sultanahmet. Le quartier est très agréable, calme et idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de Sainte-Sophie et des principaux sites touristiques.

L'accueil a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Toute l'équipe est souriante, attentionnée et toujours prête à rendre service. Dès notre arrivée, ils ont pris en charge nos bagages avec beaucoup de professionnalisme.

La chambre était confortable, très propre, parfaitement équipée et nous avons même eu une belle vue sur la mer.

Un détail qui nous a particulièrement marqués : nous nous sommes installés dans la cafétéria pour travailler quelques heures, et sans même que nous le demandions, ils sont venus nous offrir du thé, du café et des gâteaux. Une attention rare et très appréciée !

Le jour de notre départ, ils ont également proposé de garder nos bagages afin que nous puissions profiter de notre dernière journée, puis de nous appeler un taxi pour l'aéroport.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Istanbul.

Honnêtement, je n'ai trouvé aucun point négatif, ce qui est assez rare, surtout au vu des avis que l'on peut lire sur d'autres hôtels du quartier.

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sens exceptionnel de l'hospitalité !

Очень хороший отель чистое белье уборка каждый день удобная локация отзывчивый персонал ребята на ресепшен очень внимательные приветливые огромное спасибо чай и напитки в неограниченном количестве 24 часа второй раз останавливаюсь и в Стамбуле буду всегда останавливаться в этом отеле

Nice and welcoming hotel in the city centre
Pros:

Very helpful staff, nice terrace where you practically can see the entirety of Istanbul sultanahmet (central district and the sea). Everyone were very kind, free water, amazing tea, and the guidance of reception helped us to plan out our trip. This hotel is really amazing.

Cons:

Probably the only downside I can find is that water crane pressure was unstable and it could burst very hard if you are not careful. Everything else was outstanding.

Pros:

Mustafa, Emir und alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wurde ein türkischer Kaffee, ein Tee und selbst gebackener Kuchen angeboten. Der Balkon war für uns ein echter Rückzugsort nach den vielen Schritten, die wir tagsüber gemacht hatten. Das Frühstück war ein Erlebnis. Vielen, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es gibt rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. ;-)

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Menar Hotel & Suites. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the Havaist bus stop, making airport transfers very convenient. It's also within walking distance of many of Istanbul's iconic landmarks, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar, making it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot.

What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional hospitality of Mustafa at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome. He kindly upgraded my room from a street-level room to one on the second floor, a thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated as it provided a quieter and more comfortable stay. Throughout my visit, he was always attentive and happy to help—whether it was preparing a hot cup of tea after a long day of exploring or recommending a great local shop where I could buy Turkish sweets to bring home.

It's these small but thoughtful gestures that make a stay memorable. I truly enjoyed my time at Menar Hotel & Suites and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality in the heart of Istanbul.

What a wonderful hotel! So close to everything on the cutest street, wonderful view and the staff were just the nicest people ever.
They brought us a wee cake to our room when they hear it was my wifes birthday. They were the most helpful staff of all our stays in Turkey. Wish I could go back again.

Hermoso hotel con servicios y personal inmejorable, excelente ubicación, preciosas vistas al Bósforo
Pros:

Llevan el servicio al cliente a un nivel 5 estrellas y más, nos encontramos con la gente más amable que habíamos visto en un hotel, no sólo la recepción fue increíblemente amable y profesional, sino que a cada momento, incluso después del check out, fueron increíblemente serviciales y amigables, siempre ofreciendo ayuda, asistencia y su delicioso té, café y galletas (insisto, incluso muchas horas después del check out, no pararon de tratarnos excelente!).

En segundo lugar, la habitación es de ensueño, es muy amplia, moderna, con un gran jacuzzi con vista directa al Bósforo, la cama es muy cómoda y también tiene vista al mar, toda la habitación tiene iluminación de primer nivel, servicios como frigobar, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado funcionando perfectamente (lo que se agradece en plena ola de calor), y todos los elementos de un hotel 5 estrellas.

Por último, la ubicación es excelente, estás a 10 minutos caminando de la Mezquita Azul (la que también está muy cerca de casi todos los puntos turísticos de Sultanahmet), y con muchos restaurantes y servicios cerca, muy conveniente para llegar en taxi o en transporte público, desde cualquier lugar de Estambul.

Si el administrador lee esto, quisiera que, por favor, felicite al personal de su hermoso hotel, es la gente más amable y profesional que he conocido, y llevo décadas viajando por más de 30 países e incontables ciudades. Ustedes son los mejores!
