Pros:

Very helpful reception staff. Lovely room with beautiful view of beach and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

The bath hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were some hairs left in the bath. It could be a little noisy but quietened by 10pm

Over all it was a good stay!
Pros:

Location is close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It has all necessary kitchen equipment and cleaning materials for self catering. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room was quite dusty and some kitchen ware was not properly cleaned but then they expected us to clean up before vacating it.

Pros:

I was travelling for work and this accommodation was close to the office. I had a nice view of the broadwater from my balcony.

Cons:

I didn't have the best experience staying here. I was travelling along as a female and didn't feel fully safe or secure in the accommodation. It could have just been because its an older building but I wasn't sure that the lock on the room was fully working, as the door handle was a bit loose.

Additionally, on my second night I got home later than expected (after dark) and my swipe key wasn't working so I could not access the building. I had to wait outside in the dark to be let in. For the remainder of my stay, I had to access the room by walking through the lobby, down a dark staircase, through the underground carpark and then up the elevator to my room.

A compact room with great water views.
Pros:

Such a great view and good location for view and walking. The property was nice and pool was so good and convenient. Parking great locked up and undercover no worries. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful; all ran smoothly and was easy, would go back again.

Cons:

Bathroom small and old, had a smell in pipes maybe? The kitchen basic cooking facilities but ok. The freezer needed defrosting so we had to do that on our first day in order for it to be effective.

Awesome location, very comfortable bed
Pros:

It was right across the road from the river, had an awesome view of all the boats. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons:

Could use more hooks to hang our towels on, but they do provide a clothes airer which takes up a lot of room in our little studio.
Could also use some teaspoons and water glasses.
