Excellent stay!
Pros:

This apartment was great! We booked it for the winter olympics and it gave us a great launching point for the events in the mountains. The town itself is quite small, but had everything we needed for the weekend. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the balcony was lovely!

Appartamento nuovo in pieno centro a Ora con parcheggio privato. Ottima posizione anche per raggiungere bar a piedi per fare colazione (se come noi non volete cucinare in appartamento, ma vi serve solo un appoggio). Appartamento grande e luminoso, pulito, con tutti i confort. La proprietaria è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze per il check in. Sicuramente, dovessimo tornare in zona, prenoteremmo qui.

Pros:

Modern, licht appartement, voorzien met onder meer airco en vaatwasser, parkeren op terrein direct voor de deur. Snelle service bij eventuele mankementen. Alles werd direct opgelost. Veel te doen in de regio. Centraal in dorp gelegen, bakkerij en horeca te voet bereikbaar.

Cons:

Alleen voor onderste appartement geldt: minder fraai uitzicht (parkeerplaats).

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine hervorragende, saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Platz.

Die Lage war super und die Tipps der Eigentümerin waren genau die richtigen. Sie ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert!

Leider hatten wir nur volle 3 Tage, denn man hätte noch so vieles mehr hier in der Gegend sehen können. Also für Bozen und Umgebung braucht man Zeit...

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Familienferien.
Pros:

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und auf Nachfragen, wurde sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Tolle Lage, um Ausflüge zu machen. Eine Bäckerei und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrzt. WLAN-Kapazität war trotz separatem Router ungenügend. Das Kochbesteck wäre optimierbar.

Really nice kitchen area and balcony was great in the evenings. Everything was very clean! :))
Veronika also was able to drop off some extra stuff for us, with short notice! :) great host. Bathroom time vibes were immaculate with that view.

Extremely disappointing
Pros:

We had great difficulty obtaining the keys …we had to get a taxi which cost 61 euro and Veronka’s daughter was rude and extremely rude and aggressive …even our taxi driver had to speak to her about her attitude..he was quite angry with her and she continued to be aggressive with him .

Cons:

If those who had the key could have arranged to meet us at the apt …we had travelled from Ireland that day ….arriving in Aura ..apt 2 …by the time we go into the apt it was after 6 .we were also given a first floor apt even though we paid for a ground floor …It 12 o’clock next day before we eventually were moved .We put it to Veronika that we would be asking g for 1 days refund ..she said that would have to come from Booking .com ….we contacted Booking .com but they said “No that the refund would have to come from Veronika …!!we were just weary of all the arguing,we did not mention it to her again .Our experience was really stressful ..the apt was very clean ,very central and adequate..but felt it was greatly overpriced and not good value at all .
