Great location, a spacious apartment with secure parking in the centre of Piacenza. Danielle was very attentive and a perfect host.

Cons:

Proximity to the historic centre of Piacenza was perfect. Short walk to restaurants, bars and EATALY. Despite being located on a main street it was quite and safe.

Extrem dunkel und ein Kettenraucher vor dem Schlafzimmer Fenster
Keine Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen und die hellhörigen Räume

Pros:

Appartamento in posizione strategica, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e soprattutto in una zona dove si trova il parcheggio perché fuori dalla ztl (parcheggio a pagamento). Appartamento comodo nelle dimensioni, pulitissimo e host molto gentile che ci ha anche fornito dei riferimenti per la cena. Consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo trovate benissimo: l'appartamento è veramente molto bello, ha tutti i confort che si possano desiderare, arredato con gusto e cura. Il bagno è fantastico, con una bella doccia ampia che dopo un'intensa giornata fuori rimette al mondo. Ottima la pulizia. Abbiamo preso anche il posto auto dietro casa (facoltativo), e per noi è stato davvero un plus poter arrivare la sera senza dover andare a cercare un parcheggio. Daniele è un padrone di casa attentissimo: la comunicazione con lui è stata ottima durante tutto il soggiorno e check-in e check-out sono stati velocissimi. Grazie!

Nulla. Tutto fantastico. Peccato non poter restare qualche giorno in più.

Sehr zu empfehlen, war alles perfekt & sehr sauber.
Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum.

Der Vermieter war auch sehr gut erreichbar und sehr flexibel bezüglich Ankunftszeit & hat uns auch gute Restaurants empfohlen.

ruhige Wohnung direkt an der Fußgängerzone
Pros:

super saubere, ruhige und sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Super hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit guten Tipps. Parkplatz zusätzlich mietbar direkt nebenan in abgeschlossenem Innenhof.

Veilige parkeergelegenheid, gezellig terrasje op binnenkoer, rustig gelegen appartement, heel efficiënt en leuk ingericht. Comfortabel bed en kussens, alles om eigen bereidingen te maken, goede badkamer.
Vlakbij het gezellige centrum. Mooie bezienswaardigheden, terrasjes en eetgelegenheden. Goed contact met eigenaar.
