A very relaxing and enjoyable break for us with amazing sunrises and sea views.
Pros:

Great view, rooms very nice with a very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed and more. Free wifi was great. Very clean. Great location.

Cons:

We are in our 70s but quite fit but noticed the stairs a bit steep when coming down. The shower over the spa bath would be difficult to get in and out of for some people.

Pros:

Very comfortable room. Every need thought of.

Cons:

Someone mistakenly took our room ( key left in door). However the owner came very quickly and fixed it for us.

Entry from car park to front door. Paving stones & pavers make it difficult for older people (tripping dangerous) & carrying suitcases. Very attractive bu very impractical. Old microwave with no instructions

The room was nice, clean, and big with beautiful view.

Cons:

More of a comment not dislike. There's no elevator, my luggage was heavy and my back was sore from driving for 5 hours.

Excellent stay, value for money, easy instructions on access and the story of Portland was interesting.
Pros:

The location is superb, they have thought about every detail in the executive suite. From having a pod machine to a non slip bath mat, ample space, everything is just set out so well. The staff were very responsive to queries. I enjoyed the toiletries too.

Cons:

The fact that I could only stay one night, I would’ve loved to have stayed longer to enjoy more 🙂

Lovely one night stay.
Pros:

The extra touches were nice, robes, plush towels, quality bathroom products & real coffee.

The narrow staircase and we could hear our neighbours.

Disappointing. Not as good as the website described.
Pros:

Nice location for a walk but large trees obscured much of the view.
Please note: The owner has been very responsive to my comments below and has undertaken to remedy some of the problems we encountered.

Cons:

Very noisy - not just traffic but the washing machine or dryer beeped on and off for hours. Shower cubicle too low for tall people - he hit his head twice. No chair for the desk - stools provided too high to fit legs under the desk.
