Please note that breakfast is not available from the 1st of November until the 15th of May.

Pros:

Had a week in this place. Prefect location and loved the balcony. All facilities are very basic and needs renovation.
Evros is very charming. The beach is fantastic with friendly sunbed staff.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic and old furniture. There was no welcome package. Need a good renovation to bring it to modern standards.

Cons:

Очень скучно.
Море мутное, очень холодное в июле.
До хорошего пляжа минимум 40 мин на авто.
Старая мебель. Много поломок. Двери на балкон не открывались.

המיקום אגדי!! הבריכה מושלמת הצוות עוזר זמין ונחמד ממש וגם השיטה שהילדים חופשיים להזמין מה שבא להם בקיוסק מושלמת
יש מכונת כביסה לשימוש של האורחים וזה עזר

המטבח מאובזר ממש ( אפשר לרענן את חומרי הניקוי מידי פעם)
על אף החסרונות מטה נחזור שוב ברצון! יופי של תמורה לכסף

בחדר היה ריח נוראי כשנכנסנו .
רק לאחר זמן מה הבנו שזה מהוונטה של השירותים ברגע שהפסקנו להפעיל אותה נפתרה הבעיה והיה אחלה,
אפר לשפר מאד את רמת הנקיון ותחזוקת החדרים,שלט למזגן ללא סוללות, דוד מים שלא עבד, מזרנים רכים מאד.
כל התקלות נפתרו עי הצוות הנעים אבל היה עדיף להמנע מהם

Miejsce choć pięknie położone, zaniedbane, brudne, „apartament” który dostaliśmy wymagał remontu i generalnego sprzątani

Pros:

Bardzo fajny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji blisko plaży. Pokoje duże, przestronne, łóżko wygodne, kuchnia wystarczająco wyposażona. Wyposażenie stare ale nie przeszkadza to absolutnie w odpoczynku. Codziennie było sprzątanie oraz uzupełnianie papieru toaletowego, worków na śmieci itd. Na każda prośbę czy o suszarkę czy przejściówki do kontaktów od razu nam przynoszono. Na plus basen z ciepłą wodą, ładnie zlokalizowany na tyłach obiektu, komfort i cisza. Przemili i uczynni właściciele. W okolicy kilka dobrych restauracji, minus, że do góry miejscowości trzeba brać taxi bo autobusy tam nie kursują według rozkładu.

Disappointed
Pros:

The property was close to the beach and my friends house.

Cons:

I didn’t like the staff invading my space. The day I left the staff went into my studio and moved my things when I was having breakfast with my friends. I had left my belongings ( passport, credit card, money and bags on the bed. Checkout time was 12.00, but when I returned at 10.00am the staff had cleaned the studio and moved my belongings. In all my years travelling this has never happened to me before. The staff usually wait until you leave before cleaning your space.

Perfect location for beaches. Friendly owner and staff. Everything is within short driving distance.
Pros:

The location is definitely top notch - walking distance to Pissouri bay and the lovely beaches, other similar beach front accommodation would have costed a lot more. The apartment complex provided ample car park and there is a clean pool available if one chooses not to dip into the sea. The cleaner ladies are very friendly and helpful - although there is no daily room marking, but they will provide whatever you requested. Mr. Leonidou is very responsive to messages on booking.com and also responsive to any help you needed for the apartment. There is a nearby mini-mart, 1-min walking distance for your base needs, if you need more extensive grocer shopping, hop on the car the nearest supermarket is around 5-8km away.

Cons:

I believe the building itself has been around for quite sometimes - although functional but they are showing their age and pretty dated - it would be good for a touch-up from time to time. The bed as many has mentioned was harder than usual but it's not a deal breaker for me. I stayed at 2nd floor which requires you need to climb a few flights of stairs - if you can't handle that, then always request a ground floor access apartment. Nothing much that I dislike really - Pissouri is a quiet town so manage your expectation don't compare it to a luxurious 5-stars resort.
