Nice facility and close to the beach but there wasn’t much beach left. Friendly group of mostly Canadian snowbirds staying there.

Muy cómodo y buen ambiente

El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga, tal cual lo describen, es un complejo de varios departamentos con una piscina y palapas en el centro, muy tranquilo, el 90 % de las personas son extranjeros y familias muy amables, complejo seguro con seguridad 24 horas, estacionamiento reducido pero bien ! El departamento cuenta sala ( sofá cama y tv grande ) el comedor para cuatro personas, refrigerador 17 pies, estufa con 4 quemadores y horno, platos, vasos, cubiertos, sartenes, copas, horno de microondas, cafetera, te dejan servitoallas, servilletas,el baño es grande, te dejan papel de baño y toallas para la piscina y de uso personal, agua caliente y fría, zona de lavado [ lavadora y secadora] y la recamara principal con una cama cómoda y una hamaca y una tv pequeña, todo el departamento esta climatizado para los calores. El departamento que nos tocó se ubica en el segundo piso fácil y cómodo acceso.

A very cosy and pleasant apartment with everything we needed to feel ourselves at home. The apartment is very quiet and full of light. It was so amazing to wake up early and see the sky colours change and the rooms fill with sunlight. Marvellous! The host was always in touch and happy to help. We highly recommend and wish to come back again and stay when in Progreso.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing

Me gustó lo cómodas y accesibles de las instalaciones en general y el departamento estaba muy bien equipado. También creo que es un complejo seguro.

The apartment was very well equipped. Comfortable bed and very clean. Our view if the pool was great. We also enjoyed the view from the top floor.

The grounds were beautiful with many trees and shady parts. The apartment was nice, clean and efficient. Plenty of storage space, showers were hot, beds were good , balcony was great. Staff were very helpful when we needed help with our car.

Quiet , friendly staff , all you need it’s in the property

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for self catering. The air-conditioning was excellent and it had fans and screens as well.
The balcony, overlooking the pool, was a good place to sit in the evenings. There is a beach at the end of the street only 2 minutes walk. Though not the best beach, it is a good place for a quick dip.

After 2 weeks in Progreso, we book this location again. Location, cost / benefit ratio is still top. We had the big room this time.

Love the area—a quiet beachside street with a peaceful vibe. The complex is well maintained, secure, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The condo itself is extremely well equipped (much more so than most holiday rentals) and comfy—especially the bed. And above all else, the host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice pool and area.The air conditioner worked great. The washer and dryer worked great. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and I had everything I needed to make meals...bravo!
