Neváhejte, zatím nejlepší, co jsme v okolí Zakopaného našli.
Pros:

Super!!! Naprosto nás ohromila vánoční výzdoba. Luxusní snídaně. A konečně jsme našli v Polsku i ubytování, kde mají pohodlné (tvrdé) matrace. Parkování bylo super a paní majitelka hýřila pozitivní energií.

Není co vytknout.

Wpaniale otoczenie, ogród, miejsce wypoczynku na zewnątrz bardzo mily i wyjątkowo pomocny personel. Bardzo dobre śniadania, udostepnione miejsce na przechowanie rowerów. Lokalizacja idealna na wycieczki rowerowe po okolicy.

Gościnność, uprzejmość i miła atmosfera gospodarzy i personelu. Czystość i porządek w pokoju i łazience. Obiekt na zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz piękny, zadbany, malowniczo ozdobiony kwiatami i meblami do odpoczynku. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Pokoje od strony południowo wschodniej z widokiem na góry i rozległe łąki. Jest miejsce do grillowania, na ognisko plac zabaw dla dzieci oraz darmowy parking. Śniadania pyszne niczego nie brakuje, na bieżąco wszystko uzupełniane, gospodarze jak i obsługa wręcz zachęcają do próbowania i jedzenia wszystkiego, służą pomocą na bieżąco i błyskawicznie. Cały obiekt jest ogroczony, monitorowany i zamkniety co przekłada sie na bezpieczeństwo. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce do noclegu jak i odpoczynku.

Pros:

We liked everything, we entered a Christmas fairy tale. This is a family hotel that exceeded all expectations. Everything is very tasteful, the hostess is wonderful, caring. Perfect cleanliness, perfectly decorated. The food is fantastic. There is a playground for children outside, and a games room inside. For adults, there are tennis, billiard tables, and board games. There is a wonderful summer house next to the hotel, incredibly beautiful and cozy. We recommend it to everyone, and we will return and only to this place.

Everything was excellent, very, very tidy and the breakfast was also good.

Please work on your hospitality 🙏

The place did not give me the feeling like being welcome, is very strict against quite hours, try staing longer than 10PM, and you will get that look like what are you doing in the dining room... we were a group of friends staying unfortunately in different locations, but we were not allowed to bring them.only one family max and allowed to stay only till 10PM, dispite the fact that they were in the past their guests. I felt like being in a "sanatorium," not like being on holiday having some fun.
The owners could be more relaxed, people are coming to feel good and reconect with each other.😉
Despite the fact they they are trying to accommodate all the needs, even having a playground...though I found them very strict, rigid...
To the owners, please take this comment as constructive feedback 🤗👍💯

Great facilities and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Function room with kids toys, pool and table tennis made the stay much more entertaining, essentially for kids. Very good breakfast and dinner which wasn't an option via booking.com. Helpful and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed mattresses very hard but that's personal preference.

Pros:

The villa was very nicely decorated with Christmas lights and decorations. We appreciated that they accommodated us for a late check in.

Cons:

Pillows and bed weren't that comfortable. Breakfast is very very basic. There was no lift in the premises so you have to take up the luggage up the stairs. Towels are not changed during the stay but if you ask at the reception, they will give you clean ones.
