Pros:

Muito bem localizado, tem mercado perto, lava roupas próximo, e fica a próximo à praia.
Apesar de eu ir de carro para as praia próximas é bem localizado.

No tenía sartén para freír, tampoco cafetera, microondas, tostadora de Pao, el servicio de wifi no funcionaba bien. Las instrucciones estaban solo en portugués, debería haber traducción al español ya que me di cuenta que van muchos hispanos sobre todo argentinos.
Da la sensación que al haber poca loza o electrodomésticos es porque no quieren que uno se cocine mucho. Es solo una sensación.

La ubicacion. La seguridad del lugar y la zona. Que no tengas q usar llave. La comunicacion con el personal. Buena ducha. Las camas comodas y el aire funciona muy bien.

Cons:

Los utensillos de cocina bastantes sucios y descuidados. Las sabanas rotas y muy viejitas. Y el dto q nos tocoʻ apart 01 està bastante descuidado. Paredes rotas y cajones. Aunque eso no impidió la comodidad.
